Is ArchitecturalDepot a scam or a legit company?

Answer:
In my case, a scam. They sell 'no return' merchandise that isnt' what they advertised. Then tell you too bad. Criminals in my particular sale.

Why is AD refusing to replace defective pieces that I received in my order?

Answer:
They absolutely will not replace anything defective. I ordered 5 pho beams over $4400 and they would not replace a damaged beam. This company is very bad. Beware.

Hi I'm looking for my tracking number. The one i have through Amazon does not work with Fedex. I ordered them on 5/22 and customer service with your company said they are coming from a warehouse in Michigan. I live in Indiana(1 state away) Amazon shows arrival June1-6. When I spoke with your customer service and let them know our painters through a State Farm Hail Damage Claim are leaving this Saturday, she said she thinks they should arrive before or by this Saturday, which is a MUST, PLEASE! Can you please give me a tracking number with Fedex that actually is more accurate?
