How could I get responded from the customer service? Why was my online banking got canceled in one month in which I forgot to pay the bill?

I worked for bankofamerica I thought. But within contacting the bank they havent gotten bck with. That is poor communicating, and I'm not asking for my money I'm tryin to tell them whats going on.
