When you deal with Asians you will find there are 2 distinct personality types... type 1 is very. Very. Serious about customer satisfaction/quality/value business ethics and practice... type 2 is very very money motivation and could care less about anything else... it appears this business is owned by type 2

Bikeberry sent me damaged wheels, and left things out of the order that I paid for... Good luck trying to get customer support to give you an answer...

I personally can attest to the fact that bike berry is legit. I bought their Angle fire 60-80cc engine kit and have had absolutely zero problems with it. K. Top of that, they have numerous build videos on you tube in which they clearly show their products and the effects.

Go to the government website for the department of consumer protection and file a complaint. That is how we as consumers can do something about this. Bikeberry sent me no-name unbranded engines. They have no idea what their customers are receiving. They've never seen the product and they don't believe us, the customers.
