They cheated me out of 75 dollars in gift cards they need to pay up

My own experience was bad I'm not sure others experiences, but as I was waiting for a month to get paid for the gift cards I sent in, I was reading the reviews and some of them were almost exactly the same experience I was having. Also, they never sent me my cards back and it's been over a month.

Listen, let me tell you that NONE of the positive reviews here are real. This site is a complete scam. I have filed a brief with the CA Attorney's General to hopefully get my money back. Be forewarned folks!

Okay so I had the same problem while on carpool the website. My card was in "review" for weeks when it was supposed to be exchanged for amazon card.
I just got the app for the iPhone and canceled the order on the website. I put the information in on the app instead of the website and I got my amazon gift card right away. I did do a second one on the app that had them send me a check but I ment to click amazon on that one too. So we will see

I guess the company's motto is: The customer isn't always right. I've been trading in gift cards with this company for several months with no issues. Recently they have not been accepting my gift cards and they take a very long time to answer emails. Are they going out of business?

In my case I mailed in a gift card in exchange for an amazon gc and have yet to receive it. They claim they never received it although I used the pre-printed mailing slip from their own site, and included their own packing slip that I printed from their site that had my name, address and transaction number. So, basically they keep the card you send in and NEVER send you the card they promised. That's the reason for my bad review.

The problem with them is they are able to continue doing people dirty and not being shut down. They are able to get away with this because they can..

Looks to me like carpool leader/s are organizing "positive" reviews. That is: blaming the customer because customer is stupid. It's a wonder that this site is still open. Bets advice is to spend your money wisely.
