It doesn't take too long, but the reps don't know much, can't give informed answers, very vague and useles.

Reaching some one is not difficult, but local store don't EVER answer. No matter the phone you dial you speak with a centralized location. It's local stores 2-3 days to respond!

I doubt it although you can find plenty of fake ones if you don't care if they come without serial number. After my experience I guess you are as good off with a fake and save yourself some grief
