are the sizes true to size? in the womens skirts? im a 25/26 waist and im not sure if XS or small is best?

Their sizes seem to be random. Some items are true to size, others are very small. But if you order and the size doesn't fit, you have to pay to return it.

Sizes DEFINITELY run small in men's. Get about 1-2 sizes bigger than what you are. Not to mention the shirts only get longer, not much wider.
