Respectfully, the reviews and one star ratings say it all.

I recieved 2 of my 3 items. They were unusable and didn't resemble the pictures. Very poorly made. If you saw these items before you bought them you wouldn't. I've asked for a refund of the 3rd item and they haven't responded. Buy at own risk.

I ordered, several items. $143.00 worth of garbage. I received clothes that smelled really bad... some had a mold smell some had indescribable odor. Size XL would maybe fit a 8 year old child. Quality is the worst I have ever seen, some made with material that isn't clothing material. Disposable clothing... some not seen correctly, loose threads hanging, raw seams. This business should be closed permanently. After researching which I should have done before I purchased... this company has many alias names. Beware! If you like spending your money on useless garbage order from these scammers. Thankfully I paid through PayPal and will receive a full refund!

OF COURSE ITS A SCAM!, READ THE REVIEWS!, IF YOUR STILL UNSURE THEN TAKE A CHANCE, BUT DON'T EXPECT ANYTHING AND NO COMPLAINTS WHEN YOUR RIPPED OFF, if one person says beware, ignore it, if two people say the same thing, think about it, if three or more say it, believe them, not everyone can be wrong!. And thousands of people are saying this company stole from them, and your still thinking of buying from them? Why? K

I never received my items

Sorry to be rude but either you cannot read or you are one of their employees. If you don't trust the thousands of people who have been ripped off send them your money or just set fire to it in the garden... same result either way!

NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER order from ROSEGAL... BAD QUALITY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE (THEY IGNORE YOU) and most likely your order will be full of incorrect / missing items... or never received. Trying to contact them for a resolution is a NIGHTMARE! ROSEGAL IS A SHAM AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! WASTE OF MONEY! DON'T DO IT!

Send your money if you want. It will takes weeks. The items will look cheap and not like the pictures. You can't get a refund and you'll have to pay to ship items back. If that's what you want for your money go ahead. Thousands of negative comments can't all be right... or can they?

If you want to be sucked in, miserable, disappointed, and ripped off, with no clue as to how to get justice, by all means, buy their stuff! Send them money!
