They lie and cannot be trusted, promise refund but it never comes even when they have photos from two sources.

I have always received my refunds promptly, they send emails and texts immediately to let you know. I've only had to send one thing back and had my refund within a day or two of them receiving the package. You can track your packages, they let you know every step of the way. I was sceptical at first but have had nothing but good experiences so far.

Same thing happened to me too. Is if worth suing them if they cheat me $300?

Exactly. This is what happened to me. They told me they didn't receive the returned items yet they received the other items in the returned box.
