Same here. Called in and they said it was locked for my protection against a fraudulent merchant, which makes no sense since I just opened it myself and used it at a trusted store. Call in and they can re-issue a new card, though that will take several weeks to arrive

I would say the fraud dept but I had no luck when I opened a fraud case with them. Good luck!
