I strongly advise against purchasing from this website. It is a complete scam! I placed an order, and not only did I never receive my item, but customer service was completely unresponsive. They ignored my emails and provided no tracking information.
After further research, I found that many other people have had the same experience—either receiving fake products, nothing at all, or being charged extra fees. This site is designed to deceive customers and steal money.
If you are considering buying from here, don't! Save yourself the frustration and shop from a reputable store instead. I am currently trying to get my money back through my bank/dispute process. Beware of this fraudulent website!

I was sent the wrong item. Which was very expensive pillow. Yes, I opened the box so technically I shouldn't be able to return them. But I did. In the email it was stated my order would ship out that morning. It didn't so I called the following day. I was told it ships directly from the manufacturer and probably would ship until after the new year. That would put it almost thirty days out. I am not impressed, and I haven't even received the item I was just honest enough to return 'opened' pillows
I purchased a PowerPure 5000 by Aerus Warm & Cool Mist Ultrasonic Humidifier one year ago, worked great all winter, used it this winter for one month then it would turn on at all. Called customer service they said something must of happened in shipping a year ago. No Im sorry no nothing. 100 bucks down the drain.
Allergy Buyers Club listed an item on their site as "in stock" and ready to ship. I chose them for that reason, because on the manufacturer AirPura's site the same item was listed as a 3-4 week delivery. After a weeks time and the order status still listed as " processing" I called ABC. Their rep told me "Oh, AirPura just told us they're 3-4 weeks out". After 3-4 weeks the item is still listed by ABC as "in stock". DO NOT BUY FROM ABC
I called up to order a particular machine and they convinced me to buy a different one
I expressed t was for allergies and asthma and they ended up sending me a machine for VOCs
My symptoms got worse and I made several calls to them and they told me to keep running it at different speeds
I wanted to return it and because they never alerted me to the fact that I needed to return it in a certain period of time and they convinced me to keep it longer they said the time expired
My allergy symptoms were getting worse by the day allergy buyers club refused to take the machine back
I called the company Air Pura and they informed me that it was for VOCs and allergy buyers club tried to convince me that the owners of the company who make the machine were lying to me!
This is one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with They are rude and disrespectful they have no proper education on what they are selling And they are dishonest with their customers.
Air Pura Requested all of the correspondence because they considered taking it back and allergy buyers club did not send it to them and lied to me about getting that request as well.
I've purchased a fancy air purifier and multiple dehumidifiers from ABC over the years and have always been happy with the service and my experience shopping with them. I recognize this is very different from all of the reviews here but thought it was important to stop by with my personal feedback.
I purchased an IQAir on 9/11/2020, and my purchase went through and acknowledged by Allergy Buyers Club (ABC). Today, 10/13/2020, I finally got a hold of a customer rep person who informed me the IQAir is on back order from the manufacturer but they have already billed me as of 9/11/2020 HMMM...! The customer rep said they've been fielding a lot of complaints about this, website not being accurate. I paid them $1400 for nothing and apparently will take another week for them to verify with the manufacturer that they didn't send it to me. Basically ABC is a vendor and they do not stock any items, comes directly from the manufacturer. Buyer beware!
The pictures didn't show how small it is; I would have to change the bag twice with our dog's hair. I tried to return it but would have to pay $40 to get $132. Back. It wasn't worth. I donated it and will take a tax deduction. I wouldn't buy anything from them because you can't see what you're getting.
Not to mention miserable customer service. I just bought an expensive dehumidifier and found out it takes forever to begin working and works very slowly for a high power dehumidifier. I called to request a return - they make you do a song and a dance stretching over a few days with what they call trouble shooting. Unless you're willing, you don't get return authorization. Then they just hang up on you when you're frustrated and exhausted. I invested on thsi dehumidifer after a mold remediation in a unoccupied second home. I needed a reliable, consistent, easy to work with dehumidifier. They seem to have all kinds of reasons why it's not working properly, that it takes time for it to work, then you have to begin slowly by 5% increment for it to work. Whomever bought a dehumidifer that's a rocket scientist to operate. It takes 7 hours before it begins to show a drop of water on the hose. So it takes 7-8 hours before it begins to work. Then for a high-powered dehumidifer, it's constantly running which means it's very slow working. I had a smaller inexpensive unit working so much faster and drawing out buckets of moisture within several hours. WARNING: DO NOT purchase from this website. I so regret this purchase.
UPDATE: Per our remorse return policy and a discussion with the customer, we sent a return label and deducted the cost from the refund as the unit was found to be in working order. The relative humidity and the set humidity levels were within 2% of each other, therefore there was very little moisture to be removed from the air.
It has now been almost 4 weeks that I have been waiting to receive a filter for my new air purifier. Yes, this company sent me an air purifier with no filter in it! Totally usable! Been told numerous times that the filter is on its way. Was not told at the time of purchase that the unit would be delivered unusable/without a filter! Will be sending the a. P. back for full refund if filters are not received within a day or so. Very bad business practices.
Hello Julianne, we had a shipping error on these units where the filter and unit ship separately. The units were shipped without the filter as the filter went out of stock quickly due to the wildfires. Customers were contacted and sent a courtesy filter while waiting on the ordered filter to ship.
Should have come here first - Clearly awful people. Their dehumidifier ruined by basement after just a couple of months - total junk. They ignored my calls and emails for warranty return/refund.
They responded to my request and refunded my entire purchase. I didn't have to contact them again for this result. Very satisfied and would shop with them again.

I ordered an item on Wednesday. On Saturday, I still had not been notified that my order had shipped. On the phone, customer service told me they could cancel my order and I would receive confirmation of the cancellation Monday. I never received confirmation of the cancellation, and customer service did not respond to my emails. Since I had cancelled the item, I purchased it from another source. I finally received the order from Allergy Buyer's Club. Now, I am told that I may have to pay return shipping. I wouldn't have to return the shipment at all if they had not told me they would cancel the item when they didn't. Very dissatisfied.
May 8th. Of 2019 I purchased a Pure and Dry Platinum Series 70 pint dehumidifier for use in our cellar. It worked for that summer season. My husband cleaned the filter and emptied the bucket and put it aside for the Winter. Just put it on last week, end of May, 2020. Well it does not dehumidify! Interestingly enough, the booklet/manual for this does not even have a manufacturer address or telephone number. I find this most unusual! I will never order anything like this on line again. I am purchasing another one from our local merchant. Should have done this before!
At first I was worried to buy from them because of the poor and low online reviews, but I ordered my air filter replacement kit because it was hard to find from anywhere else. I forgot to add the discount code and the customer service person was nice enough to add and adjust my credit card charge. Received my product promptly. No complaints. I would purchase from them again. I'm sorry there were so many negative reviews, but I hardly write reviews and I only did so, because I wanted to share my good experience.

This is the second bad experience I have had in dealing with Allergy Buyers Club, and it's a doozy. I ordered an expensive air purifier. I have severe MCS and I stressed, when ordering, that it was critical that the machine arrive in a timely fashion. I was told it would take 10 days. 5 for the machine to be produced by the factory, and 5 more for shipping. As it approached 2 weeks, and no shipping or tracking notification had been sent, I contacted Allergy Buyers Club to find out... why the delay? The staff member I spoke with said... Oh! It can take 7 days for the machine to be produced and 5 to ship, and she would contact the manufacturing company to see when the tracking number would be sent. I didn't hear back.
So I called the next day and told another staff member the circumstances, and I was cut off. I called back and asked to speak with the person, again, and was told that she would call me right back... no call back!
So, I called the manufacturer, direct... I was informed that the machine was back ordered, and they wouldn't receive any machines for at least several days and then it was an additional 4 days of shipping. So now I am looking at potentially 3-4 weeks before I received the purchase.
1) I was outright lied to, as they never even contacted to manufacturer to see why the machine wasn't shipped. The machine wasn't even available.
2) Allergy Buyers said the machine was made to order by the manufacturer, which took 5 days...(which is bull) as the manufacturer representative I spoke with, said the machines were to be shipped their facility.
I will never use ABC or any online distributor, again. Always go direct to the factory, it's worth the additional charge. I have had great experiences going direct to the factory... after all, it's their product and reputation.
My first experience with ABC, they didn't return calls, they didn't respond to requests for information on expedited shipping quotes and more.
Avoid them! Save yourself the hassle.

The experience you are describing seems very out of the ordinary for the Allergy Buyers Club team. Depending on the manufacturer, the backorder time can vary for the machines to be produced. This timeframe is usually between 5 to 90 days (in the pandemic). We are happy to hear you were able to get the unit you needed.
Accidently ordered filters for a machine I dont even own. There policy is not to accept returns on filters, eventhough they are still packaged. Poor policy. They did offer to sell me the machine at a fair discount, but found it much cheaper on Amazon. They need to change their policy to "cannot accept filters that have been opened", and also "we will price match, beat other competitors"

I've purchased several high-ticket items over the past 10 years. I don't trust their internal product reviews, but after searching all review sites, the products I have purchased were delivered quickly and functioned well. However, in the middle of December, I purchased a humidifier. I received the confirmation. Then nothing. This week I chatted with Kellie in customer service. She couldn't locate the order or my NAME, despite my history. I emailed her the order. The following day, she emailed and said the 3 digit code I entered was wrong and the payment was rejected by my bank. End of story. No interest in facilitating the sale. I believe the bank thing bogus, because I've never encountered payment software that will confirm an order until every single detail is correct. They keep sending you back for corrections. But ultimately, its rotten customer service to blame the buyer and then kiss-off the sale to any customer, much less one with a history. I'm moving on, and I suggest any potential buyer do the same.
