Our software is a customized one. Along the way we experienced some misunderstandings on how our system will flow but at the end they managed to get it to work. When they promised you the date to update, they went missing without informing. Such as holiday next Monday, they will only inform u on Tuesday after their holiday. And after asking them to inform ahead, they did the same and went missing with the reason of "off for 4 days" without informing.

They selling system which they are unfamiliar. Never integrate before too. Refer to my printscreen. When ask for refund, they informed no refund policy.
