Products are not Australian stock – outdated imports and very poor shipping I am very disappointed with my experience at BecexTech. None of the products I received were genuine Australian stock. Instead, they came from overseas (places like Russia, Taiwan, etc.), using regional stock that is not intended for use in Australia. Most of the versions are outdated, and some functions don't even work properly here. The advertising on the website gives the impression that you are buying Australian-ready products, but that's not the case. On top of that, their shipping is never on time. I bought two products at the same time, under the same account, and paid together – but they sent them to me in three separate weeks. This is very inconvenient and unprofessional. I would not recommend BecexTech if you are looking for reliable Australian stock and timely delivery. Be careful before ordering, as what you receive may be incompatible, older versions, and the shipping is
It took me contacting them after 6 days to then receive an email to say it had been dispatched. The case I paid $15 for came from another supplier 2 weeks after I received the phone. The so called case was a clear shell so I had to order my own case.
Mostly a positive experience. Lack of updates on the delivery process concerned me as time went on & I'd heard nothing. I also paid more for an extra 2 years on the Warranty of the product but I've not received a copy of that Warranty.

I purchased a new (not refurbished) phone and paid extra for express delivery. It took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. So much for their 5-day promise. Right from the beginning apps would not work properly – they'd freeze, crash or just wouldn't open. It would also turn off for no reason. I sent it back to them, at my own cost. They tried to fix it but on 14 July 2025 advised me that it couldn't be fixed. I then had to send the accessories back too (the cheap phone cover and a charger which included an international adapter) also at my own cost. They offered a store credit, but I requested a refund, which is my right under Australian Consumer Law for goods with major faults. Back and forwards without success for weeks, and I've lodged a complaint with ACC and Consumer Affairs Victoria. Yesterday, (5 August) they told me that there is no problem with the phone and want to return it to me. Needless to say, next step is Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal unless they agree to my final letter of demand to refund my money.
Package came within a week of purchase. Was packed safely with all items intact. Flawless communication and excellent service. Extremely happy with my purchase, can't say a bad word. Will definitely be making future purchases. Thanks again!

Had a weird hiccup with security verification which I haven't faced before. However responses over email were prompt. And delivery was quick af, like less than a week from HK is impressive.
My experience with BecexTech.com was good with no specific issues. The product and cost was fine but BecexTech.com communication needs improvement and so does parcel tracking. This was my first purchase with them and I was a bit nervous and spent much time wondering what was happening and where my purchase was on its route to me.
Ordered a Samsung Ultra. So far very happy with purchase. They forgot to include additional phone items I ordered. However as they could not get those to me ahead of my overseas trip they fully refunded me for those items. Quick responses and action. Would order through this company again.
Very pleased with my phone and the price. It was delivered safely, was well packaged and received fairly promptly.
When I ordered the phone on line it said New Phone and Excellent so I assumed it was a New Phone - I did not realise that was different to Excellent and if I wanted a new Phone I had to click on that button.
So I was surprised to get a second hand phone. Nor did I receive the case I ordered and paid for. I was told I could return it, which I was grateful for. I said I would be happy to pay the difference for a new phone. Then I was told I now have to pay $55 to return it. I am not happy about that and am now considering not purchasing a new phone from you. I will return the phone and expect a refund of $1129.
Great phone in great condition but wrong colour sent. However it doesn't really bother me. Postage was prompt and on time. I would highly recommend

Phone delivery good, fast. We ordered iphone 14 promax 512gb purple( $949) + case and screen protect($25) total $ 974 paid full. However, Becextech sent only phone without case+ screen. So, please send me them asap. Thanks.
Delivery of my S24 Ultra was fast and phone was as described - pristine condition. I have never purchased a refurbished phone before so I am hoping this phone lasts as long as my new S8.
The camera was ordered online and arrived a about 10 days later. The only improvement I would suggest is that you provide the customer a tracking number so they can see where their purchase is. I had to contact you guys via email and the guy provided details of where it was up to.
Otherwise a very good experience.
Bought and received 2 phones, Ok so far other than a screen scratch on one. Have not put them to use at this stage as we are waiting for tech support.
From logging back in from years ago to finding the item to purchasing the item and transaction it was a breeze. The delivery of the item was a little underwhelming with the delivery comparing to other online companies.
