I had a weird issue with games crashing after Windows 11 install. The interaction with bleepingcomputer started off OK. I tried to be as detailed as possible and follow all instructions to the best of my knowledge. I thanked them for their time and expertise. I overlooked failures to answer some of my questions on their suggestions. Communication by one of them was particularly bad. Sometimes they brought up issues with my PC unrelated to my crashes, but I was happy to fix side issues. Surprisingly, two of the volunteers got offended when I politely clarified information they misunderstood after being accused of not following instructions. After that, it became impossible to expect any real help. I received big lists of complaints, much of it unrelated to my crashes to support suggestions to stop helping me. I ended the conversation because I got tired of going in circles, repeating information, and being blamed. They fixed on one idea and refused to consider everything. Basically, they stopped trying to help and fabricated accusations to justify quitting. I was then accused of being ungrateful. It appears the place is full of big egos who must appear smarter than the user with a chip on their shoulders because they're offering their time. It's not worth it. Find a better forum or pay for help.
