I had a problem with the product that I ordered. But they shipped out another to me very quickly and I'm very happy with this company.

Do not notify customer of proper charge for order. Mis-leading customer regarding shipping by not indicating shipping on order. BUYER BEWARE! Then tell customer order can not be cancelled when it did not process for over 24 hours! Poor business and customer practice of misleading customer. Will update pending refusal/return process. I expect item will "not be received on return" per seller.

Used this service for awhile with no issues. One order didn't arrived and after patiently waiting, I canceled the order and the payment. CHKADEL lost their mind. They claimed they sent it, took NO responsibility and they couldn't (or wouldn't) check it because--- I had been too patient. They said I could fix the issue if I paid for the product I never received. So, now I'm locked out. I'm still not paying for air like they want What a strange, strange company.

I made an order on 11/29/2021 and I received an email stating it was shipped but didn't receive my item after waiting a week then I called customer service for a refund and was told that it takes 7-14 business days to receive my item and to call back in a week if I didn't receive it so ok I gave them the benefit of the doubt so I waited a week and nothing, so I call back and they tell me the post office lost it and they have to file a claim another week goes by and nothing so I call back today 12/27/2021 stating I want a refund and I'm told again the post office lost it and they have to file a claim I told them one was already filed they tell me "oh yes I see one was" then I'm told it won't be resolved until the end of the week which is what I was told on 12/9/2021 so they bull$#*!ted me and now I'm $#*! out of luck CH KADELS SUCKS AND THEY ARE LIARS AND FRAUDS you're crazy if you buy anything from them I don't want to give a star but won't let me submit my review unless I do(asswholes) they know they suck

I have shopped C. H. Kadels for years - mostly oddball but useful stuff I was happy with until my last two orders regarding item description v. s. what I actually received. My first inkling was a "Kabar" spork - looked full sized in the ad but what came looked like it would fit right in at an infant's tea setting. Waterproof lighters were waterproof but leaked fluid that in turn burned the skin under my pocket - all imported cheap junk. Ordered the Dietz lantern "cooker". "Lantern will also cook!" "will burn 23 hrs. On 17 oz.#camp fuel#. Now to me camp fuel means either Coleman fuel or white gas. Pulled lantern from box - no instructions whatsoever regarding fuel type but something tells me nothing this flimsy and light could use "surestart" without blowing up. I pull up the lantern on two different sites and sure enough, use K1 kerosene or standard lamp oil - other sites also advertise heating up food or water - not "cooking". Pity the po foo who is unfamiliar with lanterns and fuel types who does put camp fuel in it - do I hear a lawsuit in the making? Will not be ordering anything with moving parts or possibilities of being burned alive by following the ads from these clowns anymore. I had laced an order from CH KADELS, they sent me, 3 items that, I did, order but also, sent me six items that, I Did Not Order. When I called to request the Return package, be picked up on my, front porch, I was told that, I would have to to a UPS or Fedex and ship the Return package myself. I explained that I am disabled, and that all other businesses have returned packages on the front porch, that is the decent way to do business. The CH KADELS customer service lady, pretended that she could not hear me, and hung up. Not only is CH KADELS DISHONEST BY SENDING ME MERCHANDISE THAT I DID NOT ORDER BUT, THEY ADD INSULT TO INJURY BY HAVING ME, GO OUT OF MY WAY TO FIND A PLACE TO SHIP THIS UNWANTED MERCHANDISE BACK TO THEM.
