Great products, great response when emailing questions and speedy delivery! Can't wait to use the Bella Blvd collection kit!
I finally got a Sizzix Big Shot machine and began searching for Bigz dies, so my grandkids and I could turn cardboard and junk mail into fun designs. I found quite a few on Ebay and Etsy but then discovered Craft Direct, where brand-new dies are available for less-than-secondhand prices! I will definitely be shopping with them in the future. My order was professionally packaged and the dies are indeed brand-new, unopened and in perfect condition.
Extremely fast shipping. Order was correct. Packed well. Very satisfied, and I will be a repeat cust
Haven't used yet, but excited to have gotten this. Would like the other cartridges sold separately but appears they are currently out of stock.
So looking forward to utilizing the wonderful foil I ordered and received in record time. It's going to make my cards look extra special.
Love the photoplay package of 12 x12 Cardstock. Also, am very happy with the pack of ephemera. Will order again from this company.
My order came earlier than expected and it was exactly as I expected. No mistakes and fast delivery. Great combination.
Received my delivery yesterday! Everything was in perfect condition. I was so excited to get my new Big Shot and the price was so great. Thanks Craft Direct...
UPDATE: After writing the review below, I tried another tactic and reached out to the company on FB Messenger. After 4 days, I actually received a response. After asking for photos of the wrinkled cardstock, they did resend the damaged items in a rigid mailer. I still would not have confidence in them going forward, but at least they did the right thing in this instance.
Ordered a pack of cardstock and some embellishment packs. They sent it in a soft sided envelope with no protection for the cardstock so it is wrinkled. I have tried emailing and calling -- no response at all! It says the following on their website: "We are committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of service. We make it our goal to put a smile on each of our customers' faces." NOT TRUE IN MY EXPERIENCE! I am certainly not smiling about the money wasted on wrinkled cardstock.
I had been searching for this product for months. I found it on Craft direct. I ordered it and received it within 4 days! This will be my new site for craft supplies. Thanks Craft Direct.
I had a question about an order I placed, and in less than an hour, I heard back from someone. Communications were friendly and professional. The order shipped quickly, and I was informed immediately. Great service. I will definitely order from them again.
This is a great die storage system. CraftsDirect offers a fair price and delivers in a timely manner.
The selection and prices of items were very good. Prompt delivery of order. After care for customers was a surprise. Overall a pleasant experience and I will be ordering from them again.
I've been looking all over the place for this kit. So happy you had one & I rec'd it so fast! Great sevice!
Delivery was super fast! I love the paper. The paper I got was from Miss Kate collection. I had never seen that brand before so decided to try it. The best description I can give is that the paper was "fresh" and the colors were "crisp". I will be back for more.
It was super easy to place my order I got my stuff quickly and everything was in tip top condition. This is why I continue to order from craft direct
Everything was intact and packed very nicely. They have good prices too. The prices aren't high at all. I like the merchandise and the company so much. I will order from them a lot.
The products I purchased are nice and the prices were good. However, after my order was acknowledged, I never received a followup tracking number that they said would be provided when the product shipped. I reached out to their support about it but then received the package that day. So they shipped quickly - just didn't inform as they said they would. And the product (two 12x12 cardstock sets) were bent down the middle because the shipping bag was flimsy and had no support. So I won't order again. I'm pretty sure I can salvage the bent product - but this was my first order from them and if they can't bother to put a piece of cheap chipboard in their packaging to keep their products from getting bent then I can't be bothered with ordering from them again. Sad because I was really hopeful that this might be a good place for me to get paper products.
Price is good. Shipping takes time. Packaging of product is flimsy. Product arrived damaged. Choose wisely what u order as packaging is not very thoughtful…jus saying. I'm so sad.
Answer: I felt the same way at first. I got a confirmation email, saying I would get another email when it was shipped. Several days later, I called the number and the phone was answered by a woman with an accent and I swear she didn't say "Craft Direct". She asked for my order number and told me that the shipment was waiting for one item that was not in stock. She offered to send the available product and I said yes. This was a Friday afternoon and she said it would probably ship on Monday and I would get an email with tracking numbers. I didn't so I called on Tuesday and the same woman answered and I started threatening to cancel my order and call my credit card company. She pulled up my order and gave me tracking numbers and said that it would arrive on the 29th via FedEx. She sent me the email (I never got it - spam?) and gave me the tracking numbers and it was legit and I tracked it all the way and got my order right on time. All the items (scrapbook paper packs and ephemera) are genuine and I'm delighted with the prices. I placed an order (different products) recently and it appears to be a similar business model: online only out of some warehouse and all customer service calls get routed to a central place. With the current lack of people filling job roles; this actually makes sense. It would be fine and there would be no questions of the follow up emails were there. But I totally understand the feeling of it perhaps being a scam.
Answer: Call them. They are probably waiting for something that they don't have in stock.
