I have ordered different product many times and always i am satisfied with the quality. But regarding refund they are not so serious. You have to ask them many times to get your money back. Try to buy products from a genuine seller. Happy and Safe shopping.

I bought semi stitched salwar suit in light blue, I received Unstitched, plan cloths with no design no work in gray color, after requesting for return they said delivery not available, if I want to return than with in 4-5 days i should delivered it to it's original location if not than they will consider it as sold.
I would suggest not to buy any products from here. All fake design and products updated, not have any quality and service.
Bad site to visit. Totally fake image, products and services. Time waste totally.

I was checking this website and found a Suit( Kurta) catalog and purchased that. When it was delivered to me it was of very worst quality. So I returned it. I paid 1700 rs for it, In spite of refunding money to my bank account they credited it into wallet, and from wallet you can not redeem this amount. You have to use that amount for craftsvilla only.

This is clearly a company you need to avoid. I had ordered two products with each having its own shipping fee. They sent out a wrong product out which was defective and also of lesser value than the product I had ordered. I contacted them for return and they said that I will have to return the item while forgoing the shipping fee. So I needed to pay for their mistake. When I tried to return a single product, their system did not allow and I dialed them again, they asked me return only one product when the delivery pick up guy would come. The Delivery guy refused to pick up an items and insisted that I needed to return both items. I dialed then again and they said that I needed to return both items if I wanted to return while forging a shipping fee of Rs 200 for their fault. I was stuck with faulty product. This is insane. Their customer care executive are rude and have no idea as to how to talk to a customer. Clearly the company cares a percentage of zilch for its customers. It would be best to avoid the purchases from it.

Friends do not accept fake parcels, if someone pings you saying they are from craftsvilla, giving u discount and asking u to accept parcels which does not contains craftvilla logo on it. Please accept only the parcels which has the logo on it, else u will b cheated. Be careful. Many people face this due to which they have bad experiences with Craftsvilla. The real products are actually worth buying.

I have been purchasing my ethnic essentials be it suits to accessories to home decor from www.Craftsvilla.com and every time had been very satisfied with the product quality and fit. The packing of the product is also taken care of.

Canceled an order on 3rd (when it wasn't dispatched) > It still got delivered under new shipment ID on 6th November >> Cancelled it with the delivery person >>> Haven't received my refund yet.
Craftsvilla's customer care number is never reachable and all their mails are just copy-pasted. I think they are just inflating revenues to show their investors.

I am very upset with the way they treated me. First they harassed by giving a product not matching the description. Then on return, they fought on making the repayment - adding clauses for repayment (eg. If order is below 1000rs then money wont be repaid on bank - you will have to buy something else on craftsvilla). I would strongly ask people to stay away from this company - a fraud, non customer friendly and poor product quality
