I have used easy tag for renewals with no issues. I decided to register an in state vehicle that I purchased at a dealership. I had every document rejected wasting a week. I uploaded the same picture and they accepted them the second time. I paying late fees for registration now, which is my fault for trusting this service. They received a fee for nothing.
Don't use easy tag for registration.
I was going to get a duplicate title for my car. I found out after I changed my mind that the fee is non-refundable.(around $200) It is much cheaper to go to your DMV instead of using this third party group.
My overall experience was great but etags is expensive and my final price was different than what I was initially told it went from $288 to $349. I'm not sure why. But I think next time I'll just go on the regular DMV website to renew my registration.
I'm sorry, I do not find it necessary to leave any reviews of any sort since I have already done that and this irritates me that you would make me go through this again. More so, to instruct me to write a set number of words for a review? Sorry, this will not work for me. You guys are good and that is.
It was hard sending proof of residence since I moved out of state but I'm glad I finally received it. I thought once you paid the car off you received the title automatically for free. I don't like that you have to pay to get a title now
Got my new tag and registration in a few days ago. It's not the personalized tag i requested BUT, that's in the works of being printed. Already been stopped by a few people of the color of the disney tag i requested and told them where i got it from.
Yes, I received the registration and the sticker, but that was not the one that I wanted my registration expired on June, that was the one that I was trying to send for to make sure that I don't forget. So when I read the instructions, it says that I have three months before expired to put in my renewal and I receive stickers that not for the renewal are we stickers for now? I have those stickers. I'm in my car now so E tag charged me $248 plus $68 the $68 one I did not need but thank you anyway can I return the stickers the one that I don't need? I got the renew your tag in the mail and decided to try to renew them online. The website was easy to find and to follow along entering data needed. Truly hassle free. I received my decal in the mail in a timely manner and very satisfied with renewing option online.
Renewing my auto tag was simple and easy - it took less than 3 minutes to complete. I received notifications that order had been placed, processed and shipped. The tag arrived promptly in good condition.
When I ordered my registration and tags through eTag, I realized I made a mistake and realized too late that my tags and registration is not due until October of this year. So I paid for all of this thinking I was paying up for the next two years only to realize, I wasn't. It's not eTags fault but my own and I just wasted money for something I already have. Your system worked perfectly and timely.
