I had a bit of difficulty getting my first order placed. As a result I ordered two Japanese maples. I'm so glad I did. They both are perfect specimens. Spring is right around the corner and I can hardly wait for everything to bloom out. Such beautiful shapes.
The tree arrived healthy. However, my husband is concerned there is no sign of growth yet. We've had lots of rain with 40° nights. Keeping fingers crossed as we would like to order more trees and shrubs.
Beautiful exotic trees. Can't find them elsewhere. It sucks when they have to travel across several states and show up with broken branches. Thankfully they offered replacements in an email after submitting the claim form. Haven't received confirmation yet.
I love fast growing trees. I have been ordering from them for years. They package their products well. The bigger trees and boxes show up in great condition. Anytime there has been an issue it has been from shipping couriers. Fast growing trees has always been extra polite and quick to ship out replacements or give store credit. I have had nothing but phenomenal experience with these guys.
Have not received my order and there has been no communication or update. Still waiting for the raspberry plant I ordered over a month ago. Going to contact Customer Service, however, why have they not updated me?
I'm hoping this is a legit company given that it's been a month and my tracking response remains at "processing order." Yet I receive marketing emails every few days from the company, including "how was your shopping experience?" Will update if 3 ft tree is received.
My first vanilla bean plant arrived dead. The replacement died after a few months and they refused to honor the 1 year guarantee, only offering me 20% off my next purchase. I will never buy from here again.
Ordered a banana tree as a gift for Christmas arrived dead. Went thru effort to get it replaced and they mailed another out during same cold snap arriving dead also and without any kind of measure to keep it warm during shipping. Included in discouragement is how you have to go about getting a refund or replacement. NOT all people on phone were pleasant.
I bought 6 fruit trees, 2 arrived in good health, one marginal. One was broken in half and the other two are basically sticks. Not pruned, not some loss due to shipment, they have no branches at all, just some buds. Really very expensive sticks. Trees at the local big box stores or nurseries are a fraction of the price with much more growth. Customer service offered to replace the broken tree but did not seem concerned at all about the sticks, even though I offered to send photographs. It has now been over a week since last contact, I've emailed 3 times since. Contact Number *******
While we did receive something that was the 6-7' we ordered, we did not expect it to be a super scrawny, lifeless looking twig. There were no leaves at all, all the branches had been pruned way back and they just looked (and still look) terrible. One was also leaning VERY heavily so we've had to stake it tightly against a fence... hopefully that can be corrected! We have planted them and are hoping for the best but there are still no buds or anything that looks like it might be a leaf or bud. Will have to see how these turn out before we would even consider ordering from here again. Honestly, at this point, we wish we had paid more at Lowes and got something that looks like it's alive. :(

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
