It is rediculous to charge for updating flight status and to pay for a ticket and not have an option for a free seat to sit on the flight you just payed for. If I were not meeting a group for a tour, I would not book with this airline and won't do so in the future.
LSE is not in Minnesota. I finally gave up trying to book on the Allegiant app on my cell phone. You nickel and dime so much that I am not really saving money, just sacrificing a nicer plane with Delta for a more convenient airport. I can't find wheelchair service on your website. I searched on Maya Island Air to book a flight. That search article got me to a booking site but it was your site not Maya's. You listed Maya's flight schedule so I booked but then thought something was wonky. I discovered it wasn't Maya's site and then found it an realised I could book the same flight for $50 less directly with them. I thought what you did was deceptive and was going to cancel my reservation and book with them but while their charges were refundable within 24 hrs yours are not. I thought all flight reservations booked in the US had a 24 hr clause. I may look into reporting and challenging your unethical practices
