My experience with FOREO has been extremely disappointing. When I received my UFO 2 in December 2023, I immediately noticed it was not functioning properly. The device kept disconnecting halfway through sessions and failed to heat up properly during red light therapy/thermal heating.

I promptly reached out to customer support for assistance. Despite following their troubleshooting steps, the issue persisted. I was then instructed to file a claim. However, the process became a frustrating cycle of redundant requests.

In the email, an advisor asked me to repeat the same steps I had already followed and then was requested to take a video of the faulty product and even disassemble it for photographic evidence. Feeling uncomfortable with this request, I expressed my willingness to return the product in its original condition and box, even if it meant having to pay for shipping!

Throughout this ordeal, I continuously followed up with customer support, only to be met with promises of someone getting back to me within 48 hours, which never materialized. To make matters worse, we had a family death, which understandably diverted my attention and so I couldn't keep following up.

After trying once again to get in touch with their customer support team, I was informed that my assigned advisor had quit,and that someone else will be reaching out to me soon. This lack of continuity and professionalism is unacceptable, especially considering this is my SIXTH purchase from FOREO and despite being a loyal customer, I have been treated with disregard and frustration! They clearly have no respect for their customers whatsoever.

Moreover, I'm convinced that most of the reviews are either paid or fake. Safe to say I have lost faith in FOREO and will not be purchasing their products in the future. I'm just saddened that I wasted so much money ordering a faulty product.

Bad adverting/ wrong product

I am a fan of foreo, and have bought of foreo, and have spent at least a few thousands of euros on their products.

However, I bought the kiwi. When their product was out, I really thought I liked the product for my skin (the dermabrasion kind). However I opted for the color green.

It was NOT well specified in the beginning of foreo promoting their new products that they were two different products, as are many products given with a different color.

For me? Kiwi sucks really bad, it's way too harsh for my face (even on the lowest level) and I don't see how this would even benefit my skincare.

I am unsatisfied and not pleased at all.

Ordered over £300 worth of products, on 9th November 2022. They sent me an email asking me to screenshot my bank transaction (extremely odd, but I did as they asked as nothing nefarious could be gained from their request) I'm sitting here today 1st December 2022 and still no goods.

Customer support is useless. They haven't answered my many emails, and when they eventually did reply it was full of platitudes telling me my order was overlooked and they would send it. That was Monday 28th November, I've heard nothing from them since then.

This order was a birthday gift. So To say I'm extremely disappointed is an understatement. Only use this company if you're prepared to spend on your hard earned cash on nothing.

It cleanses my skin without been rough and dry. Its soft easy to clean, has unpleasant growth on it, the battery lasts for long time.

I have Foreo Luna 2 and this device makes its function great and apart from cleaning my skin and purifying pores it also makes the massage which makes my skin looks better, after this device, my skin becomes so bright and firm elastic skin.

The package arrived in about a week and a half which is pretty good. I've never tried Foreo since I always thought it was wayyyyy too expensive but I'm not getting any younger so decided to try out the Foreo Luna Mini 3 in hopes it would improve my skincare routine. I was never a huge fan of facial devices, especially the cleansing brushes, like from Clarisonic, because they're too abrasive and can do more harm than good but I must say, it is one of the best facial devices I have used yet. The silicone bristles feel so nice on the skin and once you turn it on from the Foreo app, it starts to massage your skin and leaves my face feeling so clean. I use it twice a day, morning and night, and truly believe it's worth every penny.

I put in an order last month and had an issue with the payment provider which made my money bounce between them and the bank but they helped me in a way I did not expect and for that they will always have my trust. Not to mention their products are a dream to use.

Just had to write something. I expected no answer when I asked about the ingredients in the cleanser they make but I was so pleasantly surprised to hear from them soon after. I decided to by the cleanser and am so happy with it. I feel good knowing there are still companies like this one that really care about their customers

Their site is very clear and easy on the eyes. I wish there were more tutorials on how to use the app and maybe troubleshoot situations as I think that is something lot of people need. I know my friend who introduced me to Foreo had some problems with the app and I had fewer problems but later solved it and my UFO is one angel for my skin. It is fast and effective.
