Update:
I finally received a response from Georgia Shades, 7 business days after submitting my request. They apologized for the error & agreed to issue a full refund. Giving them another star for resolving the issue, although it should not have taken over a week to hear back from them.

I don't know how you can applaud a company's excellent customer service when you can't get anyone to respond to your numerous attempts to return an item. I have called their toll free line multiple times, but you are only prompted to leave a message. I have left messages and never received a call back. I have submitted requests via email and did not receive a response. The only response I ever received was an automated response, acknowledging my RMA request and instructing me to wait for someone to contact me with return instructions. It has been over a week since I submitted the RMA request and have yet to receive a response with return instructions. My assumption is they are going to wait until my 14 day return period expires and then reject the request. Total scam!

Curt at Georiga Shades very helpful. I messed up setting up my account and he fixed everything. I asked about the sunglasses I was ordering and he told me they would be in by Christmas. I placed the order on the website and in 48 hrs they we shipped and arrived the day the email from them said. I have worn Costas in past and theses are real, so not to worry about fakes. There price is best.

First time with this company but will definitely shop here again. Great products, fast shipping, and very nice company to deal with online

Great service! I was looking for specific model, Georgia Shades ordered for me and I got it today. I'm very HAPPY with Georgia Shades service!

I was looking for a specific uncommon model, color, and type of lens for a pair of sunglasses which I could not find at any local retailer in multiple states as I travel a lot. Georgia Shades did not have them in stock but ordered them from the manufacture, and has them shipped to me in about a week for a lot less than what it would have cost going directly to the manufactures web site. I had quick responses to my questions and the glasses were delivered quickly and as expected. Great experience dealing with them.

I ordered Ray Ban Clubmaster in the junior size. I am thrilled! I have a narrow face, making sunglasses purchases both stressful and disastrous. I usually resorted to purchasing children's frames from an eye doctor. It's not fun trying to decide between Mickey and Ariel!
The junior size is perfect for people w narrower faces and smaller heads. No remarks on our brain capacity! We just use the space more efficiently!
