Beautiful flowers but they never get the cards right

All of the flowers I order never have the card so the recipients never know I sent the flowers unless I follow up.

100% of the time that shipments come thru UPS the flowers are great. 85% if thru FEDEX.

I agree, you need to simplify the ordering process. Presently, you have to go thru the process for each order if shipping to different locations.
