We purchase 1-Year for Job leads for $250.00, after 3-hours on the site I found out they had no job leads that fit our services. I was not aware of a no refund policy. I made a formal request for a full refund; Mark replied No refund. If you read his first response, he said they could adjust the site sets to accommodate what we're looking for but that hasn't happened.

Mark Thanks for the follow up, but your explanation is not acceptable, were moving forward on our end to get a full refund, has I stated in an email your service can't accommodate the services we offer. So, pleases refund the $250.00.

I'll be glad to assist but we do not issue refunds once access is granted to our information. Our policy is clearly stated in our User Agreement. It is not hidden nor unclear. Our records indicate you logged in and used our site which contains the product you purchased. Our products are also clearly described, and we provide free use of federal listings so users can examine our delivery of government bids and RFPs.
