I've purchase many vouchers from Half Off Depot. They used to be good. Now they are NCrown (or maybe something else again) and cant find my vouchers, of which I had many, as well as the credit I had on my account. Haven"t been able to get any customer service.
This site is very weird, do not buy anything in this company. You lose money and getting nervous. My store credit (around $200 value) was suddenly expired without any notice and finally be useless. I contacted them, but response was very really slow and a lot of excuse. If you want to save your money, DO NOT CHOOSE this and have to choose much more famous dealer, absolutely not this.
Do not buy anything from them. I spent 44 dollars for two mystery boxes and was sent garbage. First I never received them then when I did the merchandise was old and outdated. I can't get them to respond to my emails. They are ripping people off. So not buy anything from them they are a fraud. Use groupon do not use this company you will be disappointed.
I ordered a teeth whitening voucher, however when I called the company, De' Javu Salon, to schedule, they didn't know anything about it. The owner said they don't have a contract with HalfOffDepot/ncrowd! No phone number to contact ncrowd so I filed a trouble ticket on their site. I received a confirmation stating they would reach out to the merchant and contact me in 2-3 business days. I haven't heard back from them and have sent 2 update request since that time with no response. I'm out $34.00

I'm not sure it's Half Off Depot, or the company InCrowd that is doing the stealing. They are thieves and change their terms on a whim. I'm out over $200 because the merchant will not take even the purchased value of the coupon! He says they were not paid by "InCrowd" - the merchant also said that Half Off Depot (or InCrowd) kept running his offer way past the agreement, then never paying him the money people paid to purchase the vouchers.

I returned a smartphone bicycle holder to them and they totally have ignored my requests for a refund.
Happy with the shower radio I got but found it cheaper at nomorerack.com. Was not happy with some bracelets I bought. Spent $12 on it, then went to the mall and a kiosk had them for $1! And the quality was no good.

I have ordered many vouchers over the years from HOD with no problems until the last one. What a HORRIBLE experience. The company will not return calls or emails. I have now read the reviews and all say what a waste of monies and a scam! How can HOD let a company like this sell vouchers on their site? The only response i get from Halfoffdepot is "We apologize for the inconvenience and not refund", contact *******@superdeals.today. They are the reason I am so unhappy. BOGO... Yea right! Thanks for nothing HOD. I told them to take me off the mailing list and can't even get that done. UGH
I am in the process of trying to get my refund. They have absolutely no customer service & want to do things by email & through another company. I bought a certificate for myself & a friend to have our car windows tinted. The company, remember this in case you see it, is called: Tint and Audio express. They told me they can't do my or my friends' car because they don't do luxury cars unless you pay more. I told them my friend had a Kia & they said they still would not do her car unless she pays an additional 50%. I told them this sounds like bait & switch to me. They wouldn't let me talk to the owner so I tried to contact halfoffdepot. They are just as bad. After several phone calls & emails they gave me a credit for my windows & my friends which means I have to pay her & find a way to use the $200 credit. I emailed them & asked for a refund & also tried in vain to call them. I only bought from 2 companies, 1 is out of business & the other no longer belongs to the program. In other words I am out of luck & halfoffdepot doesn't care. I will never buy another certificate from them again!
I have attempted to redeem my 2 nights hotel voucher with Half Off Depot. I have the instructions on the voucher and it did not work. I looked online and it stated the best way to contact Half Off Depot is to email them. That's what I did. Several days go by and I received no response. I emailed them again and finally received a response advising me that I should contact this company via email to resolve the issue. I then instantly emailed this company to only receive an email from them that they do not handle this voucher :( I have left 3 vm messages with Half Off Depot and have not received a call back. I order all the time from Groupon, Living Social, Travel Zoo, Spree Bird and never encounter anything like this before. How do you suggest I get my money back? I'm just very frustrated. Never ordering from them again.

I tried to reach half off Depot for 8 weeks now Im just getting voicemail and nobody is calling me back I need to speak to somebody Half off Depot is the worse site to put your money they will sell you vouchers that is no longer valid or the company will not accept purchase a voucher from Animod.com and they are no longer accepting the voucher

People, dont hate on the merchants. We are just as frustrated as you, maybe more so. I am a merchant and have been trying to get paid since January 15. I have given many chances to only be screwed for almost 4 months. I have performed services for free, and no way to retrieve my funds. RUN!

This site was OK for awhile but within the last 6 months have had multiple problems, businesses closed, vouchers being refused because of their non payment etc. After multiple phone calls ( ha ha good luck there) and on line tickets being submitted I have had ZERO response. I have about 70$ invested in this, will NEVER use this site again.
Horrible! They out source products from china that are nothing like the description! I ordered a jacket that specifically said "fur lined, cotton" it is not fur lied or cotton. It is a cheap, light weight POS! Even said it was thickened for added warmth which could not be further from the truth! I asked for a refund and they said to mil it back and once received they will refund me however, they will not provide shipping label. No way am I paying them more money to take back a product I am sure will never be refunded.

I have purchased multiple vouchers for work around my house. The contractors are so terrible that the last 3 i have purchased wont even answer their phones, much less come to my house to do the work. By the way, Halfoffdepot WILL NOT REFUND your money, they simply credit your account so you can move on to the next crappy business. Stay Away! Please be aware they change their name occasionally to fool the public.

I purchased items on 12-2-13 for Christmas and have yet to receive them or a credit for the purchase. When I emailed the site, halfoffdepot.com I received an email stating my email was shredded and to reply to halfoffdepot.com/support which does not get received. This is a scam company and I will file a report on my credit card to reverse the charges. I hope they are shut down and fined for stealing and their fraudulent activity.

Terrible! Had ordered 2 different items for Christmas gifts, both ordered in what should have been plenty of time... in November. Now it's January 6, and still have not received either item and never heard that items were delayed, etc. Have been in contact with company, told them at this point just to refund my money, and suddenly one of the items is in transit. No longer want it at this point, but too bad. Will never order anything to be intended as a gift, can't depend on this company.
