I paid extra for next-day delivery on Friday, well before the cut-off time. I even double-checked with Alex from support, who guaranteed the order would be dispatched that same day. He lied. My order didn't arrive the next day, not even the day after. In the end, he asked me to wait four full days... This isn't even the first time. It's the second time in less than 6 months that I've been let down. The first time they gave me a 20% discount to make up for it, which worked once. But you can't keep throwing out discounts while ignoring the real problem: lack of reliability and accountability. I don't care about the occasional freebie – I need a service I can trust. Hempire Garden has proven they can't deliver on their promises. Don't waste your money or your time.
