I purchased 65" TV from IElectrica on Ebay on June 18,2023. I didn't have any issues for a couple months until the screen started displaying an odd pattern in the lower left screen. When I contacted Samsung USA for warranty coverage on the faulty screen, they informed me that the TV I bought from IElectica was a Canadian model that they could not look up in their US system or provide any warranty coverage for (since it was not a US model sold in the US - it was a Canadian model sold in the US). So I contacted Samsung Canada for warranty coverage. They informed me that they could not look it up in their Canadian system or provide any warranty coverage for since it was sold in the US, not Canada. So I called IElectica's costomer service to complain about their shady practice of selling grey good TVs whose warranties are worthless.
After 2 months and 4 or 5 calls to their perpetually-busy service line and 3 or 4 "we'll call you backs" in which they never called me back, I finally reached a supervisor (Michael) who said they would contact Samsung. That debacle took another 3 months of me continually calling back to get a status. Then after another 4 or 5 calls, he said they were waiting on a new screen from Samsung, and that Samsung was backordered on the screens. This issue is so widespread that Samsung does not have any more replacements screen. So Micheal stated that they would not replace my faulty TV even though it was their fault that the TV they sold me had NO WARRANTY! He was very quick to close my request and leave one very pissed off customer. It's been almost a year now, and I'm stuck with a $1250 TV that intermittently displays a weird pattern on the screen. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. It's not worth saving $50-$70- on a device with NO WARRANTY.
