So I received my Reaper gloves and they had a small tear in one. I filed a claim and without having to send the old ones back I received a new pair. Wish all returns were so easy. Thank you very much
I got two pairs of sweat pants with the matching hoodies recently. A shipping label was created the day after I ordered but it says like that for 2 weeks. I contacted customer support via email and they got the items shipped out. They said 2 it's were on back order and would be shipped later. I got 3 out of the 4 items days later. I contacted customer support about the 4 the item and they said it was on back order. It showed up 2 days later. The items seemed in decent quality but one the first day of wearing the sweatpants they started coming apart at the seam. Nothing I couldn't fix with a little hand stitching though! Over all the quality isn't super bad, just not the best. Shipping was really slow but customer service did their job and got my items to me.
Don't order anything from this company. I ordered over 150.00 worth of clothes and it wasn't good quality 2 of the shirts weren't even completely hemmed(the collar was just raw material). One was even the Right shirt at All and then when I sent it back, I had to PAY 12.63 Shipping and They company didn't refunded me The FULL AMOUNT OF THE SHIRT or The Shipping! It's a Horrible WAY to do Business! They need to be Looked into! Added pics of what it looked like and What I ordered!
Do not order anything from this company. The clothes looks like something from the dollar store or Wish. It's cheap and looks like it's made for a toddler to wear. My order came in 2 separate deliveries which arrived over a week apart. When the first package came and I saw the quality, I knew I was going to return it so I waited until the second item arrived. Who wants to pay twice for shipping it back? I requested both by email and over the phone to please return my funds to my account. No one replied. I have heard nothing and had to call 4 or 5 times. It was confirmed that my return arrived and finally I spoke with someone. They told me it has to be returned within a week. How is that possible when my order came in 2 separate packages a week apart? They refuse to reimburse me and since the items were returned to them with tags and original packaging they pretty much just stole my money. Horrible company!
Although they carry unique and unusual items, their return policy is borderline criminal. Having spent hundreds of dollars on home decor items and some apparel at InkedShop, I find it appalling that they do not accept returns - only exchanges or store credit. Even on apparel, really? Without being able to try an item on it is impossible to know that your order will fit, is the actual color that is represented, and/or fills the need for which the item is originally purchased. But forget it, even after being a loyal customer for multiple years, there are no refunds, and they don't even pay for return shipping. Once they have your money, it's spent and you aren't getting it back. They make you find other items in their offerings so you can roll the dice buying something else from them that they won't take back. You'll end up having to spend more money on taxes and shipping perhaps multiple times. I recommend going direct to the manufacturer if you like something you see on their site. FYI and one more thing to guard against is their mailing list. I have requested multiple times to be removed from their contact list but I still get DAILY emails from them, many times more than daily in fact.
I've wasted money for the last time with them by ordering a Sullen Art Co. Hat and it doesn't fit properly. So now I'm stuck sending it back on my dime and then trying to find a way to spend store credit... again. No wonder Amazon is crushing it.
I bought my pair of emily 315s from here. I was expecting to either not get my order at all or get a bad bootleg in replacement due to the reviews. But I was wrong! I got authentic shoes that came in the demonia packaging. If i wouldn't had immediate ripped it open i would've showed how nice the packaging looked. It also arrived in like 2 days, which is crazy to me! Anyways I will definitely be buying from here again, and hopefully my experience is the same :)
They don't ship in 1-3 business days like the website says. When you reach out to customer service, no one answers. If you reach out to their social media pages, no one answers. When I finally got my item, I noticed that the hoodie is Gildan which are $12 at any given store. I spent $50 on the hoodie I bought when I could have made it myself for $20 or less. Complete rip off and won't be ordering anything ever again.
I have ordered from Inkedshop plenty of times, I was satisfied with the quality and the shipping INSPITE of the price of the merchandise. HOWEVER, this last order has been nothing short of a nightmare! I ordered a womens dragon T-shirt that IS/WAS in stock. The shipment was later than usual most likely due to covid reasons ( eye roll) and when it finally arrived it wasn`t even close to what I had ordered. They decided to send me a hoodie instead of the shirt I had ordered. I thought maybe just a mix up, no problem I will e-mail and they can sort it out for me. 3 e-mails later... they're response Oh sorry we will get the shirt sent out to you... Asked what I should do with the hooide they had sent me... 2 emails and days later... they're response... Just hold on to it for now they were working on correcting the issue by sending the T-shirt I had ordered... 1Month and 3days later! Still no response and I have also E-mailed them twice more... What more can a person do? I could call. But I am in Canada and the cost of trying to call them and be given the run around would be more than this stupid hoodie is worth! I am certainly NOT upset at the fact that a mistake was made... What really gets me is the fact thtat they flat out ignore me and dont even make an effort to correct their fk up! It's not like this hoodie was cheap either With shipping and everything else it was almost 80$ dollars Canadian :( VERY VERY DISAPOINTED and NEVER shoping with this company again! And I certainly hope that there aren't too many other out there that have been taken by this company :(

January 25,2021 I placed an order with this company. I still today have not received any product. I have tried to email customer service about this multiple times but continue to receive an auto reply with "returns" information. I contacted the shipping company as well who told me they have a shipping label generated but never received the products. How about this company give me my money back? They are crooks!
I bought a tang top from them over a month ago. I've never received it. I tried to contact the carrier. After a hour of being on hold I was disconnected. I contacted the company twice about either shipping the item or refunding me for the item and have not received a response. I would never order from here again.

Called them lady said she would get back to me after research. No contact back, called 2 times since and emailed asking for refund. No contact back after leaving several voicemails saying I wanted a refund and that I was going to dispute with my bank. They do not answer the phone. I have since disputed with my bank and will tell everyone I know not to order from them. Not a reputable company probably run out of someones house.

Ordered two things back in the middle of November only received one, ordered another two things a couple weeks later got both, but one of the items were completely wrong, i've called about 10 times no one answers, emailed seven or eight times no response. And I'm assuming they want me to pay shipping to send this item back when it was wrong in the first place. Why should I have to pay more money to get the correct item? Customer service is actually bull$#*!

Bought a full tea set with witches brew written on the pieces Etc. and that was three months ago many emails sent with NO REPLY I would say this site is a complete scam DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I ordered two pairs of demonia boots. One pair the only option was vegan leather, son that's what inordeeed... The second pair there was a leather option that cost more, I upgraded⦠However they still sent me the plastic version. And then have the nerve to tell me I have to pay to return them. Oh and their "customer service" phone number, they don't answer it.
Ok almost 5 years ago I had the worst experience from Revel Service and said I would never buy from them again and then I found Inked Shop and thought about how much selection they had and I was super excited! THEN... I placed a $150 order and when each item was getting sent from different locations and all had different tracking numbers I knew I had been duped and it took me back to my Rebel Circus and yep they just changed the name! Here it is June 25th and my order from May 20th has still not completed.
