I purchased 3 pairs of stockings from this website. One pair ripped the second time I wore them and another ripped within a month. I saw on their website that they could offer a store credit for a product that was sub standard. I got on their website and saw that they prefer email communication and they offer a template to send a message directly from the website. I have now written them 3 times and they have not responded. I have been trying to reach them for over a month now. Their live chat function didn't work and they don't answer the phone either so I am just out the money. And at $75 a pair, this is a very expensive lesson. Buyer beware.
These are so comfortable and stay where they belong. My legs felt great after an 8 hour shift and no swelling! I will wear them for every shift.
I had ordered from this company before and as before the order was easy to place and we received it quickly. The size charts were right on so we were able to get the sizes we needed.
I was very pleased to be able to order these socks at a much lower price than I paid at a local medical supply store.

We ordered compression socks and these socks are the best we've tried. The website was easy to navigate and use and the order arrived on time and as expected.
This is the third time I have ordered compression stockings from Jobst. I have never been disappointed, not with the product, nor with the service. This was the best performance yet.
My shoe size is 11-1/2. The foot length on Jobst Stockings has always been too short for me. This problem is ameliorated slightly by Jobst for Men Ambition in the Long size. Also, the foot length on the Ulcer Care Stocking Liners is too short in the Medium length, and no Long length is offered.
I paid extra for signature delivery yet the package was just dropped and left. Someone got around $5 for a service that was not rendered. I was home. I did not here a knock on the door and no signature required. Get your $5 back from the delivery service, my order was received in a timely manor. I have not worn all the socks yet but at least 2 were improperly put together. It looks like some of the enforcement material to strengthen the heal area was more to the front of the sock. Able to wear but bunch up a little in the front. I will order in more from your company in future.
I've been wearing the closed toe compression socks 30/40, but these toeless ones are not making my toes hurt from the strong compression. I like these.

The gloves will not grip the fabric that my new stockings are made of and therefore the gloves are useless. I have a terrible time trying to put the stockings on.
