This company is an absolute scam. My jewelry arrived with defects — missing stones, no stamps, wrong color, and incorrect weight. They didn't honor the first-time free shipping, and when I tried to return my order, they refused to give me a full refund. They keep part of your money and make excuses to avoid paying you back. Terrible quality, terrible service — save yourself the headache and stay far away.

I ordered a King Ice sterling silver chain and it was tarnishing like crazy after a month despite all my attempts to care for it properly. I was using Wright's silver polisher on it twice a week and the tarnishing still never fully came out. I should've returned it immediately because the chain looked like crap even from the moment I opened it, but I was busy and hoped some proper cleaning would help. It didn't. Some of the tarnishing didn't come out even with multiple cleans. So I decided to contact King Ice about a warranty exchange and they approved it. The first issue was that I had to pay out of pocket to ship it out to them, which cost me 30 dollars. Already a problematic business model if you make people pay out of pocket for a warranty exchange when the issue has to do with product quality. The company should take responsibility for selling defective or bad quality products, not put the onus on the customer. But that's not even the worst thing that happened. When the replacement chain finally shipped, I was told I have to pay 115 dollars in duties and taxes on it. The chain that I purchased at full price was 180 dollars before tax, which means with the shipping cost and the customs charge I would've paid 145 dollars EXTRA on top of the 180 I already spent just for the warranty exchange - almost the price of TWO chains. Again, the business model here is crazy - making a customer pay double the price simply because they were unlucky enough to get a defective product? I understandably didn't want to pay the customs fee, so I reached out to customer service, and Michelle gave me a generic answer about how King Ice isn't responsible for shipping or customs costs associated with warranty exchanges. That was it. No offer of a coupon, literally nothing. This company is an absolute joke. Not only are the products absolute garbage, you will be expected to pay double the price just to receive a product of adequate quality via warranty exchange, which will probably also be garbage quality except you'll have paid double for it. I've purchased sterling silver chains and rings off amazon that haven't even started tarnishing after a year of wear. The jewelry market is so saturated and you can get good quality products from so many different companies and outlets. King Ice has to be one of the worst if not the worst jewelry merchant out there in terms of quality and customer service. I never paid the customs fee so I didn't end up receiving my replacement chain, so I have a feeling that I will never receive anything or hear from their company again and that I will be out 180+ dollars. They have the original garbage chain I sent out and I doubt I will receive any kind of product back unless I'm willing to pay over a hundred bucks in customs fees. So I just spent 180 dollars and got nothing for it. Hands down the worst company I've ever dealt with, scamming their customers.

Love the Klondike bar very nicely detailed perfect size and the blue enamel makes it exactly like the real ice cream bar.

Do I look like a paid member of the marketing team? Am I getting a paycheck by spending my time helping King Ice?

I was skeptical ordering jewelry online but I love it and it was well made.

Everything's easy, receive everything fast, good quality

I just love that these products exist. Never seen anything like it. Not only that, the quality is surprisingly good.

Checkout was fast and simple, got my tracking info almost immediately.

It was easy, to buy. The chain looks nice as it's my second buy from king ice.

The website was very user friendly and overall great quality. It was a perfect anniversary gift and arrived in very fast.

Bought a necklace from them. Paid for shipping insurance. Necklace got lost in transit. Shipping insurance won't cover it. Why did King Ice offer me shipping insurance that won't cover the item? They shouldn't be offering something that they know isn't provided. Anyway their shipping insurance won't cover it, and King Ice won't cover it. So transaction boils down to:

Bought necklace, check
Bough shipping insurance that doesn't cove the destination, check
I am out money and no product. Check
I lose, King Ice wins check
