I very recently came across luxismark site and was surprised at their catalog with a huge variety. Since i don't usually purchase online but I read about them, their policies, T&Cs, everything and so I took a chance and ordered a LV bag in August 2021 with quite a big price.
The moment I made the payment my nightmare started.
1st - I couldn't see any order placed under my account on their site.
2nd - When i got in touch with them next day, they just sent an order confirmation over mail.
3 - There was no communication from them about the order status and i had to keep asking them over Whatsapp, Instagram and on calls. But nobody responded. Even after seeing the msg they would not answer. If by chance anyone picked up - a Dipika or Shanaya, they would always dodge answering and say that it will come, there's been slight delay. They always sounded very unprofessional and rude.
4 - After more than 2weeks I got the order delivered(on 29 Aug) out of the blue somehow bcoz the lady said that it will take 1 more week. And, the moment I unpacked it -to my horror I found that the worst packaging was done. There was nothing genuine about the packaging, no mention of luxismark. Some random box with some old chinese slips.
5 - Not even a Purchase Receipt of my order. The LV box inside is a FAKE. It looks like some shoebox. No Authenticity card/papers, No Warranty card, The strap came in a plastic bag separately. The product is a complete FAKE.
6 - I started to contact the person who dispatched the product and They never picked up. I dropped a mail for return and Refund. I tried all of their numbers and no one picks up. Their Customer care No. Is also Fraud.
7 - i got a reply back for return of the Item but till date no one has contacted for the pickup. None of the numbers mentioned in their mail Work. They dont exist.
8 - one time i could get through on one of their numbers and dipika was so Rude and insisted that their product is genuine.
9 - I have re-written them several mails for return but no Response. Their Insta handle is also suspended. They created a new handle LUXISTYLE but that is also not operational now. It feels terrible.
They are a shameless bunch of Cons who are conning genuine people. I am still on filing complaints against these people.

Fraud site. Please do not buy anything. The Customer care numbers given on site are FAKE.
Other contact numbers given also in their mail are Not Operational.
On their site - they have mentioned Refund policy within 30 days of delivery. however, no one has responded for the refund request yet. They do not agree also that the delivered product is not right and a fake. then they have not replied to all my mails on return and refund till date.
