The ute did the job but it was filthy and hadn't seen a vacuum for quite a while. Did the job though.
My beef is with the company holding onto my $250.00 deposit for 5 days even though there was no issues with my hire.
I called and the guy on the Help Desk tried to blame the delay on "the banks" who are, after all, an easy target. Having worked in banking I can state that the delay is with Move Yourself and not "the banks"...
I booked and paid for a car trailer 3 days prior to requiring it and they sent me out the email with the booking number and receipt. On the day of picking it up, they sent me a text message asking me to call them. As I was working with my phone on silent. The operator told me the trailer I had booked, all of a sudden wasn't available and that I needed to pick one up from somewhere else and she gave me the address. She told me to use the same booking number. I booked the original trailer for 9 hours, so was to pick it up at 1pm, then return it back by 10pm. I picked the new trailer up, they had no idea I was picking it up, so had to sign in again on their electronic booking system. He then printed me off a receipt as proof of taking the trailer and I took the trailer. When I had completed the work earlier than expected, I wanted to return the trailer back to where I picked it up from, however the business had closed. I then rang up the place I had originally booked and they told me as I didn't pick it up from them, they wouldn't allow me to drop it there. I then rang Move It Yourself and the woman there was disgraceful and basically told me it was my problem and I had to keep it over night and return it to where I picked it up from at 10am in the morning. I told her I had booked the trailer to return it at 10pm the same day and it was there fault that they couldn't give me the trailer that I had booked and paid for and that I had nowhere to store it overnight. I told here repeatedly I had nowhere to store it overnight, nor could I return it at 10am in the morning as I was working. She kept telling me over and over that I needed to keep it overnight and basically that it was my problem. DISGRACEFUL SERVICE NEVER AGAIN
When you install new software and mess up the trailer locations with another site is not the hirer's fault and to be spoken to the way we were and made to wait over 1.5 hours at site to hire item was a disgrace and then to pay full price no discount no apology nothing. Happy to say other companies will be getting my future business. Thank you

Fast, friendly, very helpful service by staff and the trailer bay is easy to access for hitch up or drop off. Leads and shackles are provided by staff too. All up, great success
The attendant at Shell was unhelpful and instead of explaining what need to be done, she rudely exclaimed that I had to login to collect the trailer at the side. Then when my husband went to collect the trailer connection she was rude to him too.
Very easy to book online. Self service kiosk on pickup worked well. Price was very good and trailer easy to access at pickup point.
Easy and exactly what was described. Trailer handbrake lever was missing, only thing wrong with the whole experience

Very easy to make booking online... picking up and returning trailer was very easy at kiosk... very happy with trailer which was in good condition and clean... only negative point with trailer was the slippery ramp... was dangerous and needs to have some sort of anti slip material put on it
Simple to book online, making it quick to finalise in shop. Had one small problem connecting and the servo guy came out and helped me fix it.

I hired a Ute with a cage to move some furniture. The vehicle was from a Coles petrol station near home. The rate for 24 hours was not much more than the 9 hour rate so 24 hours made good sense. The diy kiosk was pretty easy, although it had an outage on the return but that was solved by a quick call to the 1300 number. The car was pretty old and a bit drab but hey - I was moving furniture. Over the phone service was friendly and helpful (when I changed the 9 hour booking to 24 hour).
Positive apart from the age of the float could do with more regular maintenance that's my opinion the side door needed to be tied shut
The socket on the trailer was damaged and I had to do a ad hoc repair. The service starion guy was v sympathetic and helpful and the call centre took charge of the problem when I reported the problem the next day but I still spent a couple of hours rewiring the trailer at midnight.
It was an easy process to book and pick up the trailer although feedback worth considering would be to allow an extra 10-15 minutes per booking so the service station staff can have the connectors and shackles ready to go.
Customers lose the 10 minutes setting the trailer up and with a 4 hour booking every minute counts
Felt a bit vulnerable with the return process. No one to verify trailer returned in original condition.
