Newswire charged us 800 dollars for a service that they later deemed that they cannot release a PR about it, because our company wasn't a registered business entity in the US, but is instead a self-funded project.

Up to this point, this is something I can accept. What I can't accept is that almost a month later, they have still not responded to our refund claim. Shameful.

Avoid purchasing anything from them as for whatever reason they may reject your PR, and then your money will be useless, withheld for weeks or more.

I first paid $1200 for a single premium distribution in entertainment and sports journalist. What I discovered were farming communities and non related industries-nothing if any, for entertainment or sports! But not before I was solicited by the sales manager to distribution my specific story for a 6 month deal, which changed afterwards to 1 year mandatory for either $24,000 or $29,000. My dead sibling was a pro and was being inducted into the sports Hall of fame for Black History month which would be perfect to let the black communities know. After giving $24,000 they rewrote my desired promised release 4 times unsatisfactory to me but I was stuck. I tried to get out but more pressure to keep the $24,000 without telling me they will never release my desired content until I terminated the service in March for non performance and unsatisfactory service. They refused to prorate and return balance and was non responsive through today when I am forced to complain to the BBB to get some portion of my unused money back. I am a senior and that was my savings I wanted to honor my deceased brother with who deserved to be recognized in our culture. But Newswire used me like a old fool and said "Too Bad!" We're not giving your money back in writing! Now I have to fight to get fair consideration. Beware.

Newswirejet was recommended online press release distribution companies for Press Release. Stating that they were one of the top Press Release Distribution companies. Newswirejet is awful. I would not even give them one star. Their online support team's name is Amos Oke. I informed them the press release had to be sent out Tuesday, June 29th, 2021. It did not go out. Their submission processes are not easy to use.

On their draft board the Press Release status states "submission" with a date I think June 30th, 2021 1: AM whatever that means. I contact online chat since that is the only way to contact with no answer now for two days. I cannot find the Press Release anywhere on the internet, I have no idea if it went out.

Again, Amos Oke if that is a real person again has not replied in two days. I called my bank and put in a dispute against the company. In my opinion, this is the worst Press Release company I have even worked with.
