I want to warn people to avoid NC at all costs! While there are people with good things to say, most of them just do mot know they have been scammed. RED FLAGS are they demand money be paid before they start work, and their offices are in 3 rd world nations. They promise almost anything until you send them the money. Then you get a pretty written plan that sounds very impressive until you try to apply it. Then you find its based on old and false information. They promised me in writing clients were free to tell about our experience, but I saw the contract forbids it! So RUN AWAY from this lying deceptive company.
To respond to Nomad, I begged for amendments to make things workable, but Nomad refused, and blocked me on Telegram. I've sent many emails, but no response. Nomad just did not want to put in much effort. Also, I see them still putting out OLD info on Georgia, and Serbia. Prices can be over 5 times higher now because of the Ukraine war. Also, Serbs HATE every single person from US, UK, countries that were part of intervening in the wars in the 90s. I checked it out, and IF you are US, you will hear about it all the time, no matter how much you apologize. Nomad should at least make their customers aware of this, stop hiding it. Serbia is now VERY UNSTABLE, but you won't see videos from them about it.

I realize that everything could have been done for half or even a third of the actual price payed. I thought that much more of the 'Plan' was gonna get done for the price indicated but since if was 'Advisory', i have to dish out at probably 50k more to get everything done that i had planned (which i won't do at this point).
To be fair everything 'Planned' was done in brief delays and the solutions provided seem very well conceived.
Most of their work is probably copy pasted. Dealt mostly with well trained (but under life experienced) young girls (mid 20s at most) and had to re-explain my case numerous times as there was little follow through from department to department.
They need well publicized competition to lower their price and up their standard.

100% regret the decision to give them a $24,000 deposit which they are refusing to return, even though I have written proof that they provided me with incorrect information.

These negative comments are all true. They will delete comments that they can, but trust your gut. They hide the fact that they charge $24,000 USD for a PDF and then want to charge you over $50,000 to complete the plan. Costing over $70,000 in total.

Before proving me with my PDF, they quoted me incorrect information about how long I was able to reside in Canada. I called the CRA because I knew that what Nomad Capitalist was telling me didn't seem right, sure enough, it was false information and I was about to move my life to a new country based on this false information.

Please please please avoid this company at all costs. There are other companies out there. I'm now working with tax lawyers in Canada, the USA and Europe that know exactly what is going on and how to properly handle my situation. Do not waste your time or your money.

I had some serious doubts when I was trying to manage my business overseas and properties. I wanted a company that will help me set things up properly. But it was not an easy thing to do. I read Nomad Capitalists by Andrew Henderson and I really liked his approach. Finally, end up using the services from the company and I am very happy with the end results.

I would like to appreciate all the efforts from Nomad Capitalists. They have a highly experienced and specialized team to deal with problems like citizenship and business relocation. I have been facing this problem for sometimes and I finally found the right service to work with. Consider me a happy customer.

Being from a 3rd world country and with one of the lowest rankings passports in the world, it was so painful for me to travel internationally. Although I had a very good high revenue IT business. Nomad Capitalist came to my help, and kind of rescued me. I highly recommend their service.

In our initial call I was quoted $24,000 USD to establish a new tax residency. I took the cautionary step of confirming by email that this $24K would cover not only the planning document, but all steps required to actually obtain the new tax residency. Nomad Capitalist confirmed this in writing. They said they needed the money upfront to proceed and I sent it. After the money was sent, I was informed that it would actually cost $59,000 USD, in other words an additional $35K to proceed. No reason was given for the almost 150% price increase. When I said this was unreasonable and in breach of their promise to me and asked for my money back, I was first ghosted for a number of weeks and then informed that the $24K I had already sent was non-refundable. A pretty standard bait-and-switch scam, the only difference here being that they've done a great job of marketing themselves as trustworthy via their books/podcasts/Youtube videos, etc, so I trusted them. Don't fall for it!

Do yourself a favour and steer as clear as you can from these guys. There are plenty of trustworthy local experts in whatever jurisdiction you're interested in moving to, and those local experts will know people in your home country to help you on that side as well.

I was first referred to Nomad Capitalist via a friend in mid-2019.

After watching several videos and reading several of their articles, I decided to apply. I was later "accepted" and began going through the first couple of typical sales calls.

At the end, I paid roughly $40K for a plan that included setting up two companies, two company bank accounts, a personal residency, and three personal bank accounts.

I took trips to three different countries in the first few months to get everything setup, and I was pretty happy with the experience at that point. Everything was getting completed very quickly, and NC were on point with every question I had.

Then came March 2020, the lockdowns.

This, and one other factor, meant that I was unable to check off the last thing on my list, my residency. NC assured me that the "12 month support" window would be extended, but the replies gradually became more blunt, and more spaced apart.

If they had kept up their initial pace, this would be a 5-star review.

I also asked for another LLC to be set up in the beginning of 2021, which cost about 10% of the package price I originally paid.

This is where it went completely off the rails.

They set up the company under a random mailing address that I didn't have control over, so I wasn't able to receive any important mail. The LLC wasn't setup under my already existing registered agent account, and worst of all, they didn't even tell me it had been incorporated. I found out a year later (I never ended up needing the LLC), when they sent me a renewal reminder.

When trying to fix the issues, it often took 2,3, or even 4 weeks for a reply that never answered my main question, and in the end, they just stopped replying altogether.

Now, this might just be applicable to how they treat smaller orders, as the "complete package" is their main sell.

Nevertheless, I can unfortunately no longer recommend them, despite still using most of the setup they organized for me.

Three interactions with this company:

1. I had an intake appointment and no one showed up for the call. I emailed and complained twice and got no response.
2. I wired money for the Nomad Capital Event and two weeks later was told that they had to refund my money because the event was for "new and prospective clients". When I emailed back and said I am a new and prospective client they said "sorry for the inconvenience" and offered no other explanation.
3. They asked me to email my account and wire information in an unsecured email to issue a refund! This is a WARNING SIGN TO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.

The objective definition of stupidity is when a person or company harms themselves and hurts their clients,. By this definition Nomad Capitalist is STUPID.

Paid $18,000 to get white glove service and a personalized plan. What I received was missed meetings, ignored emails, a complete lack of respect and a very generic plan worth basically nothing. Incredibly disappointed. Never felt more cheated before in my life

After * team missed calls with me (they literally stood me up on planned calls), there was no way I had confidence to hire him to actually implement my plan.

Here's the deal: * is a marketer who makes YouTube videos where he sells fear. He funnels that fear into a stream of people looking for help who he cheats out of their money. Because he's international, he has no fear about cheating you. He does it with impunity and could care less about his clients.

Avoid Nomad Capitalist and * at all costs. They are scammers looking to make a quick buck. Unfortunately I was the sucker this time. But hopefully this review helps others avoid this con man

I've learned that the offshore world is very complex and one simple mistake could cost you big time if you aren't meticulous with your plan. That's where Nomad Capitalist comes in.

Andrew and his team were able to help me design the perfect plan for my business and lifestyle, then actually go out and execute that plan.

I can only imagine how difficult this process would have been without their help, especially my case manager Alisa. She has demonstrated herself to be very reliable, and a genuinely pleasant person to work with as has the rest of the team.

I hired NC to solve complex tax and relocation issues for me. The plan that Andrew Henderson came up with is not something I would have been able to come up with on my own. His extensive knowledge of the tax world and the people in his network turned out to be quite valuable. In terms of implementation of the plan, covid has of course added challenges to the process but the team at NC, especially Sanja, have been great in adjusting to the additional difficulties.

First, I want to tell you that there is NO WAY to obtain a second passport EXCEPT for the countries in the Carribeans that everyone knows about. There are some other places with special long stay visas as well. All you need to do is run a search online and find these places. Nomad Capitalist can NOT help you beyond what you can do for yourself for free. But he will charge you several thousands of dollars and up to $50,000 for the promise of getting you a passport in some other country. He has NO way to get you any visas or passports beyond your own abilities. He is a scam artist and liar. Once you are foolish enough to send him money, you will not be able to get a refund after his efforts (and I don't even think he spends any efforts once he gets your money because he knows it's a waste of time to do something that's impossible). He spends ALL of his time making youtube videos and marketing his scam company with BS and lies.

I'm an online business owner from the US who already lives abroad and was looking for a way to structure my business to avoid the excess taxes as I continue to grow. Andrew and his team did a great job at coming up with a plan and explaining it to me. We're in the process of getting it all setup and so far everything has been relatively smooth. It's surprising that there are so many negative reviews as my experience has gone quite well. Yes, it's a bit expensive (the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because I feel like it is a little overpriced), but I do believe it will save me a good amount of money in the long run.

I reached out to Nomad Capitalist because I was metaphorically traveling ‘round the globe in my head daydreaming various biz/lifestyle ideas (kinda like sliding down Matrix rabbit holes, exploring whether or not each idea was The One) and preferred to accelerate "through the slide" by spending money to benefit from Andrew's personalized approach rather than spending more time going about it alone without spending a dime.

To my delight, I am (a) certain that it would have been far more costly to forego the assistance that I received from Andrew and Co's unique service (for example, if I had instead chosen to pursue a biz/lifestyle alone with more blinders on that may or may not have been the right fit) and (b) thankful for the benefits received (more certainty, less exhaustion, less regret, etc.) that contributed to a high ROI!
