They work with bad companies like Aramex which is cheaper but you get what you pay for. Aramex have not scanned my package for 5 days now but told Nybox that it will be shipped in the next flight which date is unknown. Aramex have not answered my mail as they do with others so i ask nybox to ask them when is supposed to be or return it so i can choose another more normal company. They refused since aramex told them its in transit even though its not even in the carrier system according to the track number. You cannot do minimum of asking your carrier when is the flight? Its real shame
They lost my 3 packages worth 2000$ each, and don't even reply back...
Just evrrytime we are sorry we will solve this issue and reply back, 2 weeks now and the issue is not fixed...
This company has no staff nsmes or msnager indicated, no quick response or chat, its like they are invisible... because they don't want any customer to know anything about them.
I don't reccomend any 1 to deal with them...
As you can in the photos attached a big difference between my package and the one I received.
I am using NYBOX since 2009 and still using their service till this moment May 2020. In short, the company is good but not as professional as MYUS.com. They have lower prices for small weight items for different carriers but when the item is heavy better to use MYUS.com - they are cheaper for heavyweights.
The management lacks a professional response or action. If the problem gets serious, they ignore you or simply don't satisfy you. One of the good features they have is to trash the original invoice and you revalue your items so you can avoid high customs in your country.
A serious issue I faced with them: They lost $500 value of items in one package and they refunded me only $150! Their excuses were not acceptable at all. Imagine I am a customer since 2009 and they did not solve my lost item issue! I wonder about their customer loyalty policy.
PROS:
- Low shipping prices for light items.
- The original invoice can be revalued.
- Easy web site to use
- TAX-free service
- Monthly subscription fees are not high. ($15 per month)
CONS
- Management not professional to deal with(you will discover this when you face problems with them)
- Customer service is slow in action. No online chat service
- Dimension weight existed. MYUS.com doesn't use DIM which is one of the excellent feature you have to consider.
- Slow in the process of preparing and repacking your item - it drove me crazy many times.
ATTENTION: DO NOT WORK WITH NYBOX, YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING!
Stay away from nybox. They are scammers. My parcels have never been shipped, they do not answer the phone, or the e-mails. They stole products worth $ 1800 $ 250 worth of shipping. I made a complaint on https://www.ic3.gov. I hope they go to jail. CROOKS!
DO NOT WORK WITH NYBOX AT ALL. THESE REVIEWS YOU SEE ARE FAKE. Upon receiving your item, Nybox will instantly close your account and ask that you provide 2 pictures (front and back) of your ID. Once you send them this ID, they will also ask for pictures of your credit card for 'Verification'. Exactly what they'd need to use your credit card whenever & wherever they want and the worst part about it is that you allowed them to! In their ToS they state that when using their service you accept that they are able to allow 3rd party services to charge your card.
They're currently holding my Google Pixel 2 and refusing to return it to the sender or release it to me, I will be contacting a Lawyer and beginning a lawsuit on Monday.
I've used many services similar to this one and this has to be the worst. Do not trust these people with your packages, try to look somewhere else - there are many with credible people handling them.
Over 500 dollars of property lost - with half $#*! excuses and no refund, over 156 Dollars of damage to other items and again - no response

I have been a customer since 2008 and only had excellent experience! The shipments are always well packed and the customer support is superb.
I have used NYBox for about a year and sent thousands of dollars in merchandise through them to Canada. Their system is user-friendly and whenever I have had an issue, they are quick to respond to me. I'll continue using them for all of my mail forwarding.
The best, most profesional and reliable shipping service I ever had, this being said. I am feeling, that this very trustworthy service, is the only one I would use for my Shipping needs from the US while I am overseas... And trust me, by personal experience, they are always there for you! Keep up the good job guys!

Having used NYBox for a couple of months now, utilising their consolidation / international shipping service frequently during this period, I have found them to be super efficient, highly responsive to enquiries and best of all, very very reasonable in their shipping rates across the board, from DHL and TNT to USPS!

Only negative thing is that HAZMAT list is a bit more than with other forwarding sites. Last months they have started to improve this issue.

I am a Member since November 2011 and i don't have any problem with them. In short words "they made me live inside USA".
My account is standard and it's really low price but if you want more lowest price take Premium account some time i switch to Premium if my stuff is a lot. That makes $5 repack service fee to free.

I recommend NYBox for all Saudis and other Arab countries.
I have the same service provided in the UK and also in Miami. NY box is very fast to ship out goods, but their customer service on line is not very friendly. Also the answers from the support mail take more than two days.
