WORST WEBSITE TO ORDER FROM
April 6, 2017

I shop online FOR EVERYTHING. I hate shopping in store. I decided to take advantage of a sale plumeria was advertising this past sunday and the pricing was fair with the sale. Two days go by and I havent received any information regarding my order being sent, but my payment was processed immediately (go figures). I get on the website and submit a chat asking about my order. They say allow 2-3 days for processing. The next day i receive an email saying that i need to change my shipping address (it was a PO box). I respond with an updated address (my job) and wait a few hours and don't hear anything from them. I get on the chat to find out whether or not they ship to PO boxes and the woman in the chat tells me email responses take up to 48hours and there's nothing she can do regarding the order. At this point im pretty annoyed with this whole system. It is now thursday and I get back on the chat to tell them that they need to cancel my order because we are now approaching the weekend and my order still hasn't been processed and i havent heard back about the address. She tries explaining to me that it can take a month to deliver to PO box as opposed to a regular address (which makes no sense at all). I tell her again that I want to cancel my order and i want a full refund, she says that she marked the order for a refund. I IMMEDIATELY receive an email response to my previous 3 emails sent to them about the order cancellation to confirm it (of course when i want to cancel my order someone gets in touch with me right away). I write back saying that if it is not processed today then yes I want to cancel it. I honestly can't believe it's taking them a week just to process and respond to me. And a month to ship to a PO box? Wtf is that? It's already been a week and my order probably won't be processed until wednesday of next week at this rate and now i have to wait another month on top of that to receive my order? That's a month and a half just to get something from Instanbul. I've ordered stuff from china regular mail that said it was going to take a month and came in two weeks, instanbul is not that far away and that doesn't make any sense. I would not pay full price for any of their items these people have the nerve to charge for shipping and don't even deliver within a timely fashion relative to their location. I would definitely suggest paying full price for suits from a more reliable website with better customer service and I'm posting this review everywhere i can because i honestly can't believe how ridiculous these people are.

Tip for consumers:

These bikini's are not that cute to go through so much hassle just to receive an order

HORRIBLE - Company should NOT be in business.
June 6, 2016

As a frequent online shopper (seriously, I purchase everything but gas and groceries online), my experience with Plumeria Swimwear was, without a doubt, the WORST I have ever had - EVER. I followed the company on IG, as the share lovely photos of their swimwear, and one day took advantage of a "Flash Sale." Shipping was a bit steep at $20, but this was an international transaction, shipping from Turkey, and I felt that with the sales prices of the two suits I ordered, I could get past the shipping charge.

When two weeks went by and I had not received the suits, or at the very least a shipping confirmation, although I had been charged immediately for the purchase, I emailed customer service to inquire as to the status. After a couple of days, I was sent an international tracking number, which did not even work; however, the suits did arrive two days later.

I ordered using the sizing recommendations listed for each product, right off of their website, and believe me when I tell you they are more than a little off - I ordered up a size to account for the items "running small," and these suits still looked like they were fashioned to fit a twelve year old (I am almost 30, so, no thank you!). I pulled up the return policy on the website - No Return forms provided - No Return address provided - very limited information. I did see that sale items would only be exchanged, but saw no process by which to exchange.

I immediately sent an email to customer service requesting assistance with the return, which went unanswered. Four days later I contacted customer service again, using the Pop Up messenger on the website. Then I decided to return the package to the address from whence it came, and I enclosed a print out of the original email with the Order Number. My post master was most helpful in having me fill out a Returned Goods form, but it did cost me another $30 in shipping to return, with a tracking number.

The day AFTER I sent, Plumeria finally sends me an email back stating that they would exchange my item, to be aware that I would be charged shipping (again), and gives me an address in California. I was sick to my stomach. Now I've got a package with $100 in swimsuits, that I've spent $50 bucks in shipping on, somewhere over the sea on its way to who-knows-where, when it could have been sent right here in USA had a TIMELY correspondence been received, and something just tells me when it arrives it will not be dealt with in a way that is anywhere near "Fair" to me, as a consumer.

I would NEVER recommend this company to a friend, or foe, and have NEVER been this dissatisfied. I may as well have taken 150 dollars and lit it on fire. That may not sound like a lot to some, but it is to me, and it must be to this struggling business, given that they are so unwilling to remedy their wrongs. Left me feeling foolish, and now enraged. Two thumbs down and fists of fury!
