The product is very good, the installation video leaves a bunch of needed info out, due to video angle. Having to constantly stop and start the video with poor to no internet in the shop was irritating. The front flap of rubber stays suspended above the front bed rail and it exposes the weatherstrip to the weather. A complete rubber compression weather strip, not unlike that weatherstrip on a car door or trunk would work better. With the tonneau pushed forward as require fits well, but a flap of rubber like that which is on the front would be better served at the trailing edge to seal against the top of the tailgates top rail. Any wind or careash water can easily enter the bed from the backside due to the tonneau being about 1/2" short. The actual is fine just the sealing of weatherstrip against the top edge of the tailgate is what is lacking. A piece of paper with proper model & serial number of the unit should be taped to the unit to help with warranty registration!
The Purchase was very good. It is impossible to determine how satisfied I am with the product because I have not received it. I expect to receive it very soon.
I feel real truck was accommodating. They offered a good product an excellent product actually the thing is I have not unpacked it because I am not in any climate condition where I'm gonna be putting it on probably till spring so I'm assuming everything is is up to my standards, but other than that, it came well packed it was. It came quickly and I'm sure everything will be fine.

It's so unfortunate that when I called back to actually place my order Cartier at ext 1529 told me he was not working that day, which was a lie, and she got credit for the order instead of Nicholas. That irritated me as she was nowhere near as helpful as him. She never told me the shipment would come in two boxes which confused me. I know it's out of realtrucks hands once they ship items but the item shipped by fedex was thrown on the ground at the wrong address. It was only luck that it ended up in my hands.

The second seat, mat came in wrong, so I mailed everything back and got a whole brand new set the next day which I was very pleased with
I need to clarify. I was very satisfied with my experience with the RealTruck customer service rep and have not received the bed cover yet to be able to review it. I had previously ordered a cover through Amazon but due to a description which was not clear to me, the wrong cover was received and had to be returned. It stated a 6.4 ft Rambox which I incorrectly assumed they were simply referring to the size of the truck bed and was unaware this is the name of a specific Ram truck bed.
Getting the part was easy. After installation these is a problem with the locking rails engaging with the cleats on the upper ends of the cover close to the cab.
RealTruck is the only company who had these for my 2026 Kia Sportage so I was quite skeptical. I am not disappointed at all. They make my Sportage look so so good.

On line site wouldn't work for payment. Asked chat person if the side rail fit on top of bed sides, was told that they did, well guess what they don't. Am not impressed.
