I used to be fan of Samyakk but not anymore. Order at your own risk if you order online. They have crap business strategy. When they mess up they do apologise but they don't resolve it. They live you to live with it be it your wedding gown.If you provide negative feedback in their website or on facebook, they will remove it. All my 5 ordered were messed up either wrong colour, wrong size or wrong item was sent, never did reverse pickup or never gave refund. Only thing they will do after the mess up is apologise but they won't replace. When I provided negative feedback on samyakk.com and facebook they removed it and when blocked me from adding further comments.
Here is the reason why
I used to go to the physical shop in Richmond Circle from 2004 and I fell in love with their collection and quality. Then I moved to outside Bangalore and started ordering online. But the experience wasn't great. It is definitely pricy but surely no doubts on the quality of the items still. The problem is the service. I placed close to 7 to 8 orders and out of which atleast 5 were messed up with measurements / color/ shade. Recently I placed 3 orders and all three were messed up. It's a shame that a brand like Samyakk doesn't care about the customer needs rather interested in getting payments done. If anyone contact Samyakk on their whatsapp no. There will be an instant reply. But be rest assured that your requests or your measurements will never get implemented in your order. I placed 3 orders in last one month here is what happened-
1) first order was 3 blouses Samyakk totally ignored my measurements which was emailed to them and I requested multiple time on whatsapp to stick to my measurements, the blouse was small in size with no extra clothe to extend
2) I ordered Sky blue color organza saree but a green shade saree was delivered
3) 2 Banarasi sarees were ordered and I requested for fall pico and it was sent without fall pico. When I complained about it each time I was assured on whatsapp that they will take care in the next order which they never did.
Also all they say for 5 messed up orders is "sorry mam we will personally take care next time" and repeat the same mistake again. They never offer to reverse pick up if they send you incorrect size or shade even within India though they website says they will pickup for return. Neither they offer a We are sorry discount or gift'. They have just taken it for granted that they will keep getting repeated business even after messing customers' orders. It is really a shame that a brand like Samyakk doesn't look into satisfying their online customers after charging them such a high price and they don't even care to make it up by proving replacement or sending free gifts or giving any discount for their mistake. So be aware when you want to go online and shop with Samyakk. I was a fan of Samyakk but after 5 messed up online order I have given up on Samyakk.
