"They failed to deliver my item and canceled it on the very day it was supposed to arrive, leaving me completely stranded on my wedding day. This level of unreliability is unacceptable. Their lack of support has truly ruined what was meant to be one of the most important days of my life. Completely untrustworthy and highly disappointing.

I bought an oversized sweater for $78 and it is so uncomfortable on the inside. You would think for the price tag it would be soft, nope, it is so scratchy and uncomfortable to wear. I also bought 3 lounge pants. I tried to cancel.my order about 2 hours after I made it and the customer service representative said I could not cancel at all. Returns are a pain in the rear and the material is Shein quality at best! Save your money and buy from a different business!

I was expecting soft, well made comfortable under clothing and pjs, loungewear. Truth: the pricey 3-pack of ribbed boxers (M) are very uncomfortable - garbage! The back has a big wad of labels that you need to cut out, the waist band is not just wide, it is thick and scratchy edges on the seam to the thin fabric and at the top, the cotton material feels plastic & warm - just awful! The soft lounge ribbed pjs (short sleeve button shirt and shorts) seem soft to touch but feel like plastic on and the fabric drapes in a heavy way - not comfortable at all! Again the elastic band in the shorts is wide and uncomfortable! Very disappointed! Sizing advice you can't count on at all on the website - how on earth can the company not get this right - it's your product?! Not sure how a measurement 29 band and 33 chest fall out of the xs triangle bralette - chest band is way too tight! The longline bralettes (bought 3) are also too tight and the tall ridge structures on the sides are awful going towards the armpit! If I could post a review/feedback on the site I would but I can't find a way to. Take your money elsewhere and get something actually nice for yourself.

Where do I even start with this company. First off, Skims deletes any negative reviews and harasses anyone who tries to expose their scams on social media via paid bots. As stated in another review posted on here, if you check their socials, you will NOT see any real reviews. If you try and state anything on their socials, your comment will be deleted or you will be harassed and belittled by paid bots. With that being said, I bought from Skims for the first time, and considering everything is extremely expensive, it came out to almost $400. I placed two orders, one order containing a few final sale items. Items came poorly made and damaged so customer service gave me a one time courtesy to return both regular and final sale items for a full refund. All products were low quality and not worth the nearly $100 per item price tag. After the parcel being delivered to their warehouse, months go by and no refund is issued for either of my orders. Reach out to their customer service who claims they have not "received" my return despite the tracking showing delivered months prior. The mess continues when I dispute things with paypal. Their customer service claimed so many lies I can't even keep track. First they did not receive my return, then they did receive my return but my items are ineligible for a refund, then they can process a refund but my disputed case prevents them from processing my full refund, then their warehouse claimed to not have received all my returned items and THEN claiming they did receive all my returned items. Their tactics include gaslighting, dodging questions, and just wearing a customer down in hopes they will just forfeit their money and screw off. They WILL do anything to withhold your money, they WILL gaslight you for bringing things to their attention, and most importantly WILL spin you in hopes you never reach back out. Canned responses and misleading responses. Another extremely annoying tactic is completely dodging clear questions with no room for interpretation and finding a way to not only never address the question you asked but BLAME YOU. I rarely ever write negative reviews but this company takes the cake for awful. If you really feel the need for their clothes buy from Nordstrom. This company is unbelievable.

Skims tanks are so short and see through - their XL size is like a super-crop. I've received higher quality items from TEMU or Shein lol. I like Good American items but Kim's Skim business is seriously ~SKIM~ping on actual material and quality.

Made this purchase because it sounded to good to be true. Turns out it was worst than a lie, the product was so bad I felt I had been scammed. Bought a pair of panties that were so bad I felt I could have gotten better quality at a dollar store. One side was smaller than the other, just poorly constructed. After reading how bad their customer service is I didn't bother to try to return. Wrote this review to try to save someone else from wasting their money 😢

I ordered on January 29th. Payment processed immediately, order did not ship for over a week. On February 9th ( after many inquires via email about my order & "tracking") I get an email my order has been refunded.
Zero customer service in my opinion. The company claim is for some reason the order was sent back to their warehouse and they don't reship. I was home every day, I have a ring camera & there was never an attempt to deliver my package. Skims did not ship the items out & then cancelled and refunded my order. Would not recommend this company.in my opinion they definitely owed me the refund for the wait, a good company would have ALSO SENT THE ORDER NEXT DAY AIR THWIR EXPENSE.

Horrible quality of the bra. Lasted one month only and then stretched out. Would strongly recommend not buying it.

I spend 1 hour of my day buying over 500$ worth of skims. Paid the extra 10$ for shipping. It was supposed to arrive 5 to 7 business.
Three weeks later I hear nothing so I write to them they apologize and refund me the $10 I write back and ask them. When am I getting my order? They cancelled my order and tell me they're going to refund me what kind of $#*! company is that? ******* customer service. Considering they make their clothes for 2 to 3 dollars each they should've sent me the whole order for free and apologized. That's what loyal customer service is. Is that what happens when you get to Rich?

I ordered a bra 2¹/² weeks ago from Skims and still haven't received it! I emailed customer service the person was super sweet but it's now December 7th and still No Bra for the amount of money I spent this is crazy! I emailed them as of 12/6/23 it still has not shipped from the company to me! Crazy

The fabric on the SKIMS PERFORMANCE HIGH-WAISTED BIKE SHORT are cheap and uncomfortable. Also no return option on these so i wore them since they were $98. Within 10 minutes I could not take how uncomfortable the fabric was I had to change. Dont waste your money on the bike shorts. I do however, love the SOFT SMOOTHING SEAMLESS BRALETTE

I received two last night from their sale. They are beautiful and the material is so soft and stretchy. The shirts appear well- made. My review is for their sizing. It is way off. For ref I am 5'4"and 108 pounds. I read many reviews before ordering. I am a small. Based on reviews, they run pretty small. I actually ordered X LARGE which was so funny to me. Well, they are a normal size small. No way are they an XL. I am lucky i can even wear them, as i believe theyre a Small. I think a heavier woman should not buy this product, it will not fit.

Quality was below average and fit was very poor. My typical underwear size is large and I ordered medium because reviews said they run large. They stretched out within an hour (unheard of for microfiber stretchy fabric!) and were shapeless and all over the place. Because they were underwear, I had to throw a $20 pair in the trash after one wear. I returned everything else in my order because the fit was terrible for everything. I was also charged a fee for returns, all because THEIR sizing was terrible and far larger than industry norms. Tons of money wasted for nothing. I'm out about $40 for shipping, trashed undies and loss of the discount for buying 3 pairs, with nothing to show for it.

To top it off, you can't leave a review! My guess is, they only invite a review if they know you love the product. Most reviews are positive. Horribly deceptive and fraudulent to censor negative reviews.

Wrote emails one response which made no sense don't waste your time buying from this company. Please read reviews of customers in all sites it is terrible. Lesson learned

First I got an used item, nasty, smelly and dirty. They offered to send it back for free or have 15% off from next order. NO THANKS, so I returned two items (another one was not used, just poor quality) with return label provided.
First they said I sended only one piece, then they said oh, you did send both items wait for the refund.
After weeks of waiting for a promised refund Skims suddenly claimed that I didnt send that another piece of clothing after all!
Product never got to them even this says delivered on DHL and now Skim is saying they haven't received this another product.
They refunded another one.
I won't get a refund nor do I have the items anymore.
And it was Skims who first ruined this order by sending me this skin cell -body.
Don't order from this company! They scam you and dont check product quality before shipping!
You get used items.
Someone should take this scam store to the court and demand legal actions.
Shame on Kim Kardashian for this, she should be embarrased for these horrible reviews!
