So, if you are looking for 4-6 days shipping, be sure to tack on another week or two before they even ship - thus misleading many customers into thinking that they would getting their gift items in time for Christmas. Right after I placed the order, I noticed that there was a production time...so I immediatley contacted them to enquire if the items would arrive on time for Christmas...In response, they gave me a long winded reply covering thier production, quality control guidelines, etc. - but no simple, straight answer as to whether or not my products for this specigic order would arrive on time for Christmas. After dealing with 3 reps over the course of a 10-day period, I finally had to conclude myself that the items would not make it on time for Christmas. I advised them of my due digligence from the very day the order was placed to get a straight answer from them from as to whether or not they could make the delivery timeline, and therefore, was entitled to a full refund (including taxes) regardless of whether or not they already went into production. They stated that the refund was being processed, but it would take 7-14 buiness days to refelct on my account, depending on who I bank with. I have never heard of such a long processing time - not to mention that I deal with a major bank. It's been almost 2 weeks and I still don't see that refund. Based on my experience in dealing with them, I fear that they are sketchy and won't be seeing this refund anytime soon; so I may have to resport to the Better Business Bureau for support. AVOID this company at all costs.

I definitely would NOT recommend ordering ANYTHING from Soufeel! Not only was my experience with them absolutely terrible, but after purchasing an item from them, I read other reviews which I wish I would've done prior to ordering from them learning there were more bad experiences from others as well than there were good! I'll start by stating that I ordered a necklace which was a locket with a photo inside of a good friend of mine and her grandmother who's passed. This was meant to be a very special sentimental gift for a close friend's birthday who'd been struggling with the passing of a loved one. First, I will say they are waaaaaay overpriced for the the quality of their product. The photo inside looks cheap and like a piece of cheap plastic is covering it. I had something engraved on the inside which is illegible. I only know what it says because I ordered it and know what I asked them to put. Without telling my friend what it says, she'd never be able to figure it out. The locket overall looks dingy, dusty, worn and as If she's already had it for years as it also has scratches and stuff on it. Second, I had to place an order twice with them. The first time it had been 4 weeks I hadn't received it and when I contacted them I was told it was delivered in the mailbox and to check around my house and on the porch and with neighbors
And They would check with the carrier and get back with me in which they never did. After a week and multiple attempts of trying to find someone to help me with the issue I finally was able to have communication with someone who again told me the same thing. At this point I'm convinced I was receiving automated responses. After three days of this constant automated back and forth they said they would have it re made and shipped to me again but it would take another 3-5 weeks before receiving it. Right after to agreeing to have another one shipped I was personally asked to leave a nice review. Yea right! I will leave a review for sure, and it will be nothing but truthful! It was a little over two months and I finally did get it. Third, the customer service is absolutely terrible and almost beyond what I can describe! There is absolutely no way to contact anyone by phone or to speak directly with an associate. Everything must be done through email. As I stated before, you get nothing but generated automated responses and you're going through hell and fire before actually communicating with a person via email. I'm not for sure on this, But the tracking numbers provided are not legit I'm suspecting, as with both orders when I attempted to track my orders using the tracking numbers provided, they did not exist! Due to the process and my experience with cust serv. I was almost convinced I was being scammed and would never receive my order and have to take a loss on $75. In my opinion the whole overall process from ordering to dealing with the bad customer service and not getting what you pay for is a complete total headache and not worth it at all! I also feel as though your are definitely taking a gamble by purchasing with them as u may not get what u thought U were getting and that's if u get it at all! What I received was definitely nothing Compared to the pictures of pieces they advertise and show on the website! Save yourself the time, money, and headache and just stay far away and order from somewhere else and ALWAYS be sure to check the reviews prior to ordering ANYTHING online from a place/site you're not familiar with! The only reason I gave them two stars and not one or NONE is because I did eventually get my order, it just wasn't anything how it was pictured! Hopefully this helps!

Very cheap products and horrible customer service. They claim that there's 90 days return policy, it is not, they basically don't have any return/exchange or any repair policy.
I got 3 watches from them and a few beads over the past year. You can tell the products are made from cheap material. I liked the customized idea so I didnt mind the cheap quality until I had to deal with their customer service.
I don't wear watches often, but the second time I wore one of the watches, there was a huge crack on the glass from top to the bottom from that one time wearing I had. The watch was either on my dresser or on my arm, nothing ever hit it, and I never dropped on the floor or anything hard. I contacted their customer service right away and explained what happened. I nicely said that I did like the watch and asked if I could just have the glass exchanged from them or repaired at a local store that they work with. The customer service lady's response was: "It is been a month from your order day, and you cannot use anything hard to hit it or drop it because it is glass. We do not offer and repair service and do not work with local repair stores ".
So their customer service representative called me a liar about what happened, and told me that there's nothing they would do.
I'm sure they know the quality of their products are cheap and the products easily break. They probably deal with so many claims about the product quality. They just try to get money from as many people as they can so they don't care about your potential future purchases at all. This is probably the reason that they spent so much money on advertisements instead of improving product quality. The watch I bought for $10 from a grocery store for breast cancer is not as fragile as the one I paid $50 from them.
After a few emails, the customer service lady finally said: We can refund you 10% of the purchase price, which is like $5. I said that with that amount I cannot even replace a corner of the glass and her response was: It is the best I can do. Hope you are satisfied with the result.
Soulfeel has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. From the second I contacted them, they attitude was like: You absolutely broke it. There's nothing we can do. You can do whatever you want, you are not getting your money back or getting any followup service from us or even any sincere apologies.
So do not expect any customer service from Soufeel. Once you order is placed, there's pretty much no exchange, no full refund and repair. The so called 90 days return policy is based on their judgement only, and I guess that they will never admit that their products have quality issue once they are delivered to your hand.
I will never purchase anything from Soufeel ever again. Hope they are satisfied with that result from being such a cheap company. I do not know how much money they can save from not giving any proper customer service, but I'm sure they will lose more money from future purchases than what they are trying to save right now. Treating your customers poorly is never the way to do business in the long run.
Several months ago, Soufeel had a "Spring Outlet Sale/Buy One Get One Free (Soufeel's ad reads Buy One Get One Free, Get 2 for the price of 1). During this sale I purchased an Egyptian Pyramid, a tan leather bracelet and a Murano Glass Bead and all three items were included in the Buy One Get One Free Sale. However when I received my purchase, I only received one of each item, I never received the free items. I've called Soufeel's customer service numerous times; the first time I called I left a message and received a callback from a customer service rep named Vera. For some reason, Vera had difficulty locating my order(s) in their ordering system. I asked if she could locate them by my last name. Consequently she informed me that she would call me back. Three weeks later and consistent calls to Soufeel everyday, I'm still waiting on a callback. Now, when I initially placed the order for those Buy One Get One Free items at the Soufeel website, when adding those items to my cart, it added 2 of that item (i. E., When I added the Egyptian pyramid to cart, it added 2 of that item and this also occurred with the other Buy One Get One Free items that I ordered). I was not given the opportunity to add an item of equal of lesser value for free so I was under the impression that the free item was one of the 2 that was automatically added to the cart. Was this a glitch. Glitch or not, Soufeel is aware that the items I purchased was part of the Buy One Get One Free Sale (Get 2 for the price of 1) and they should exercise good business practices and honor this transaction or refund my money. FYI Soufeel, Buy One Get One Free means giving a tangible item for free, it does not mean giving a discount.
