Please don't do business with this company. Bad quality, the size chart is wrong and there is not way to get a refund. They will argue that as you item was on sale or discontinued they are not able to refund. Lie! The trick is that ALL the items on the website are on sale! They credited my payment twice on Paypal and Paypal doesn't protect your purchase because they are enrolled on Paypal as an outlet company. Stay away from this website!

I usually wear a large I bought the xxl and they were more like a small. I contacted the company and they said they can't give me a refund or exchange then they said the manager said he would exchange it but there is nothing I want and I'm certainly not getting a different size. So I would beware of this company. Poorly made sauna pants.

Please review their return policy before purchasing. In fact, don't buy from them at all. Their product is poor quality and they refuse to refund or give credit for item purchased. I wished I would've did my research before purchasing. I'm out of $36 and item that I can't use!

They delivered a back brace I ordered that was size 3x mens. I returned it unopened and tracked the postage. I showed them that they received it back. I wanted to get it in my size. No answer to calls and emails.They got my money and I got screwed.

There is no customer service and no authentic way to contact the company if you receive the wrong product. Don't buy from them!

Ordered a rat shoulder brace. It did not fit at all. Let company know right away. Took two weeks to let me know because it was a sale item, like almost all their products, it was not returnable. Then they said I could resell it. What a scam. Product poorly made. Will never buy from them again. This is the first one star review I have ever given. Buyers beware

Although I went by their own sizing, it did not fit. Does not provide any compression. It is a little use. Waste of money

I bought 2 bras that were stated to be for post-surgery wear. The sizing was completely misleading and the product was not even close to the right size - I didn't have to try it on to see that. Because it was on sale they refused to accept a return.
I am stuck losing $66.80. I also want to warn anyone looking for this type of product - do not buy here. The quality did not seem worth even the sale price. They do not belong in this business. Perhaps the other products are better, but when you buy you are committed so be warned.

I purchased a waist trainer from them and they sent me something really cheap, several pieces of thread coming out and not as pictured…. The picture has more hooks going up and down which makes it longer. What they sent is for a toddler… and made out of paper. They say no return because it was on sale…. It's was still $35 don't do it, I see they are in Phoenix so I might pay them a visit! It's almost as long as my hand… I have not even tried it on because It is cheaply made.

They forced me to buy two of the same products during checkout and wouldn't reply back to me until they mailed the items two days after the order was placed. They scammed me. I would never buy anything from them. And the products don't work as well!

Don't do business with this company I've got a knee brace from them it doesn't suit me I'm trying to return it no one will answer my emails I started a live chat with someone when I told them what I needed they quit responding no phone number to talk to anyone poor customer service

Stability Pro deserves No Stars. They sell cheap very bad quality products. Then they don take returns unless it is approved by them. I sent my items back un used, which they said I could get a store credit. They kept my money and the items I returned. If you want strong long lasting items and good customer service Don't use Stability Pro.

I ordered a pair of pants that was supposed to be mid calf. I got something that hits above the knee wheb holding it up. I enailed for refund instructions within 2 days. Weeks later i am getting the run around. This is a scam company.

Beware! Very unprofessional, qualifies as a scam, products are not what is advertised. Forget a return!

I ordered the ab stimulator. It was suppose to come in a box and it came in a bag. No instructions on how to start using it. So I utube it. Put batteries in the controllers and nothing. Emailed the company and their reply was a credit to purchase a different item but no refunds. Never again will I buy from this company again

This by far is one of the worst companies ever I've ordered the same product five times with the same horrible results of it being broken within one day I've reached out multiple times to customer service but no reply the last few times I was only given a store credit honestly I don't even want a store credit I would like a full refund and that seems so hard to get if you're really looking for a great product you're looking in the wrong direction with stability pro

DO NOT BUY FROM! Gave one star because there was nothing lower. Customer service is non existing. Items on sale are non-returnable but don't tell you that when purchased. They just take your hard-earned money! Refuse to refund my money and then send email saying they will no longer be emailing me but hope I'll buy something in the future. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL company
