I preordered an item off their website and waited 9 months delay after delay yet they never fulfilled it. Finally, I ask for a refund and they claim its too late so I need to get store credit instead. Fine, so I purchased another item with the exact store credit I needed (not a preorder) so I would actually get the item this time. When my item came, I opened it to find dozens of big black ants pouring out of the package and around my item like some sick joke. Previous to this I had emailed them every time they delayed my preorder with a respectful but firm email as my patience grew less and less. I believe the ants had been placed there in response to my complaints. No integrity. I order items off BigBadToyStore, Hasbro, and Amazon all the time, never an issue with bugs.
Don't ever buy from TFSource. Biggest mistake I ever made.
Are you a toy collector? Of course you are, that's why you're here. Do you want your toy boxes arriving smashed, scratched, and torn? Of course you don't. This site guarantees " C9 collector grade packaging", but all my GI Joe Classified figures arrived in poor condition, and the shipping box was fine, so they are just sending out low-grade condition items. One of the figures was a Hong-Kong release as you might find on a site like Aliexpress, but at a not-so-Ali price. If you want to return something, they will charge you back your free shipping, make you pay for return shipping at your own expense, and refund you store credit only, so all you can do with it is purchase some more damaged items. No thanks.
I pre-ordered 4 of the stunticons on Oct. 3 2022, and as of Oct. 5 2023, TFSource has not been able to get all 4 items in the warehouses at one time to ship my items. Jeremy indicated two of them were in-stock. He then expressed one should be in stock this month but the other will not be in until December. If all 4 items are not there they won't ship.
Still waiting for a pre-order placed last October.
They said they are still sitting for the product. They also moved one of the items they had in stock to a preorder item they don't have...
I recently ordered a T30 figure and, although it was stated that it was in c9 packaging and in mint condition, it arrived in a plastic bag, without instructions and in alt mode. Also, it was clearly pre used. The price was high, and the shipping cost even higher. To this day they didn't respond to my mail concerning the issue. These people are scamers, stay away. I know I will never order from them again.
I was a happy customer for over 15 years, spending thousands of dollars building my Transformers MasterPiece collection from MP-01 to MP-54 with these guys. Over that time only one item came damaged and they quickly replaced it without charge. I thought great, if I ever need them they will be there... Then I ordered an item on 24Dec2022, within minutes I say their "special price" was not so great as it was $30 lower at BBTS, so I tried to cancel, unfortunately their shopping system doesn't have that, so I sent a message through their support portal. I received confirmation it was received and I'd get a reply within a day (standard automated reply). Sunday 25Dec passed, then Monday 26Dec2022 (observed holiday), these are all non-shipping days. They then shipped the item on Tuesday 27Dec2022, meaning they never bothered to read the message and then claimed it was my fault. I told them it's ok, just give me the $30 credit and they refused. So sad to see this many years of loyalty flushed down the toilet. I lost my shipping and paid for the return shipping over $30 different, even if it were $1, it is the principle. This experience should be very telling, don't support this company, there are far better sites like Bigbadtoystore.com with better selection, better shopping tools, better prices and most importantly better service.
I purchased a Transformers Generations Legacy transformer I could not find in stock anywhere else. I had a problem with the link in the email they sent that wouldn't not allow me to track the package. I called and left a voicemail and Jeremy returned my call within a couple hours. He apologized for the issue I was having and emailed me a new tracking link and updated me on the shipping progress. Package was delivered the same day. Total time from order to my house was 5 days. This was my first time purchasing from here and I will definitely order again. Package was well wrapped and arrived in perfect condition.
Received my Combiner Wars Motormaster Transformer on time but the box was smashed up and torn in several places.It looked like it had been stepped on and someone had tried to retape it back together. This is a Christmas present for my 7 year old grandson who is in love with transformers. I am ashamed to give it to him looking like this. I also don't know without tearing the box completely apart if the transformer still works or not. Not at all satisfied with TFSource.
I received two MOTU Revelation figures. Even though the order quickly arrived, the company packed two items close to eachother causing damage to the boxes. One also looks like it was dropped while packing. I sent a message to the company informing them about the damage and asked for a replacement. The CS rep told me they do not guarantee mint boxes, with 5% of boxes not shipped in mint according to their policy (BS), which was not the problem, and that I would have to pay for return shipping and a second shipping price for the replaced items. The problem was not that they were damaged prior to shipping, instead they were damaged during shipping because they are too lazy to package the items separately and securely. I'll never do business with this company in the future and warn others about similar issues, which seem to be commonplace according to the reviews I've read. The 5% policy seems to cover the company's selling of figures in non-mint condition and poor packaging. In all fairness, the items were quickly shipped, otherwise I would be leaving a one-star review.
EBAY suppose to help but suddenly permanent blocked my account with NO REASONS, Blocked using email contact, review or refund with TFSource and No Money Back Guarantee!
USPS 1st class international parcel has a tracking but zero contact channels with only option to use Missing Mail Searched after status stucked for 2 weeks.
Luckily Well Established TFSource helped patiently by replied my multiple emails and crossed checked with their warehouse team which i worried parcel lost etc.
Today 31 March 2022 i finally received my precious OX PS-13 (out of stock in the world) after 1 month+ which supposedly delivery due date is on May2022.
Great Trusted Seller that all any online buyer wanted.
I bought a fairly recently released item only for it to arrive used and packaged in a Ziploc bag. There was nothing in the description about it being used and I still paid full price. Can only get store credit if I return it. NEVER again will I buy from them. $52 for this junk.
We purchased a MP-52 Master Piece Starscream on the 27th of November for our sons christmas we are still waiting. Contacted Australia Post who told us that the parcel has never arrived here in Australia.
We have lost count on how many emails we have sent asking where our Transformer is and can we get a full refund $450. Was this ever posted out and have we been scammed?
We have a very unhappy young man who never received his wish list of a transformer for christmas.

Ordered what was advertised as a NEW masterpiece figure, and it arrived without a box in a plastic bag. It was clearly used. When I contacted the company about it they offered me a $10.00 credit. I could have sent it back but they would not cover the shipping. I begrudgingly kept it but will never give them another dime of my money. Go to Robotoybase instead.
This site overcharges on shipping outside of the contiguous US. Alaska is PART of the US. The postal service charges that same to ship to Alaska that it does to Maine. YET, this company will charge $50+ to ship a masterpiece figure to Alaska, whereas, BBTS only charges $20. There is NO relevant reason for the excess charge except price gouging and greed.
Stay Away from this site at all costs! BBTS, The Chosen Prime, ShowZ and ToyDojo are all better options for your Transformers collection

If you expect your items to arrive within six months, do not order from here. Waiting 4 months for "preorders" that have been on store shelves for 3 months. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. GO TO BBTS.
I had no issues with tfsource. It been great experience so far. I like there website which is user friendly for me. I had order few products from them came on time and was notified on my email. They give option on shipping which I find helpful. There website is informed with lots of new products. I am guessing custom service is improving but all I can say patience is important. Customers service response in 24hrs. I use BBTS when I can. I do shop around when I can ebay to. So there. Tfsource keep getting better you got great thing going for transformer fans.
They didn't return my inquiry in the timely manner posted on their website. In fact I never heard from them. Wasn't able to cancel Order and called multiple times within their office hours. I feel scammed and will never order from them again.
Never had a good experience with that company if it is even a legit one I wonder sometimes. When you buy a $400 figure with collectors grade box you assume it will be mint right? Wrong the edges were crumbled in and there was even a small hole in the front of it. This was the case with two figures I got from them and they'll be the last. Don't pre-order anything from them either trust me. If you're a passionate collector like me and don't want to feel like garbage when one of these hits your door in such poor condition, then don't give them your business period!
1) TF Source has better customer care than BBTS, Amazon, and Ebay combined.
I have had the ABSOLUTE worst customer care experiences EVER with BBTS.
2) There stack program is far better than BBTS' Pile of Loot. TF Source has much better rules than BBTS.
3) It is 1,000 X's easier to find product on TF Source than BBTS, or Robot Kingdom, or TF Direct.
4) TF Source has the the beat points rewards system I've EVER seen.
5) Unlike other web based stores, such as Robot Kingdom and TF Direct, TF Source had no problems recognizing my email address. Even major companies like Allstate, Geico, and Toys R Us had trouble with my email.

Answer: No. BBTS has absolutely the WORST customer care I have ever experienced ANYWHERE! TF Source is much better.
Answer: You don't. I get free shipping from them all the time. You have a choice in shipping methods. Their least expensive method is free if the purchase is over $150, and all of their more expensive options are greatly reduced.
