My husband and I specifically input our filters or criteria for our new place to live, maximum budget, location, studio apartment maximum 1 bedroom, off street parking etc...would send us alerts and notifications of places eay over our budget by hundreds and thousands of $'s per month, way out of our selected locations, would list houses for sale, not apartment rentals, inaccurate photos or descriptions.viewings we went on didn't match descriptions such as move in ready, freshly painted or recently remolded.

I've landed on several homes on this website. One out of six real estate agents will contact you. Either all the other homes are sold. Which they should not be on here baiting and switching. But after talking in length to the real estate agent he is not willing to accept a $3,000 payout on a home! The whole real estate industry is upside down! If they can't make six to $8,000 on a sale they don't want to talk to you! I hope they all end up on welfare! My country sucks right now! And interest rates continue to skyrocket! I hope we have another 2008 shut down! I am pre-approved from a mortgage company. My credit rating is near 800. I have many thousands of dollars in cash down payment. The negative reviews regarding the realtors on their site are censored. When you write a negative review about a realtor on there, the review is heavily scrutinized to the point of being taken down or just not even posted at all. If they happen to hurt the realtor's feelings then so be it, maybe change your behavior so that you don't earn more negative reviews. Sophie will claim a review that has any negative slant about a realtor they subcontract or want to lure into a subcontract deal, does not deserve to have something so hurtful as a one star review, then will attempt to pick apart the review and question if it is factual. It's funny how the positive reviews with racist language in them aren't scrutinized but negative reviews need to be investigated with a fine- toothed comb. I wonder why the negative reviews get the "special" treatment. Realtors pay for pumped up reviews and "premier" status on those two websites and when you already have a thin skin, well, it speaks for itself.
