I bought these because I wanted something nice and absorbent. They work well but, every time you wash them ( I have only washed them 2 times) they fall apart and shed all over everything. Will not buy or recommend to anyone. Especially when your paying and arm and a leg for it

I purchased a Vera Wang wedding ring for my wife almost 3 years ago from Zales at a purchase price of roughly $4,500. Since purchasing, I have had to have this ring fixed for a missing sapphire 4 times. Zales then replaced the entire ring for a new ring-same style-but new. We had to wait 16 weeks for that ring while my wife continued to wear a broken ring. We finally received that ring in June. Then, come October, low and behold, my wife's sapphire falls out AGAIN. We have not made it 3 months without a sapphire falling out of her wedding ring since we purchased it. Now, Zales is saying they can order us a new ring, at a price of $450 to cover the cost of the lifetime warranty-which I already have. They won't do anything else. So my choices are, keep a broken ring, or pay MORE money to replace the existing ring. I understand Zales is the seller; however, it is not Zales that produced this ring, and therefore not their responsibility to make things right with the customer. I am highly disappointed and frankly irate at the poor quality of this design. Including travel time to and from Zales to drop off and pick up a ring 5 times, the price of the ring AND interest on the ring that I have been paying even though I don't have a fully intact ring, I am out over $6,500. This is unacceptable.

Problem with a pair of Vera Wang slippers. I called to explain after one month the slippers fell apart from heel to toe the whole side opened up on one slipper being worn on a carpeted floor. I told the Vera Wang employee and she transferred me to a Kohl's helpline after telling her that I purchased the slippers from Kohl's. I then wrote a letter to Ms. Peggy Eskenasi, President explaining everything. I never received a reply to my letter. I think their customer service has a lot to be desired. I do like their merchandise but oh boy if something goes wrong don't go to them for help because they don't give a darn about the customer.

My fiancé bought me a Vera Wang engagement ring & in 3 months we already lost a diamond. Too expensive to be loosing diamonds so quick:-/ Kay's Jewelers said it would take 2 months for me to get it back once the diamond has been replaced. It took 3 months to get it in the first place due to it being special ordered. I'm not happy:-( I expected better quality.
I have multiple pairs of shoes. The first pair I bought I fell in love with! So I went and purchased more shoes of course. However, after wearing the shoe 2 times the heel broke. I didn't make a big deal out of it. It was almost 2 weeks I had the shoes so I exchanged them for the same pair. Day 1 of wearing the exchanged pair and the black piece at the bottom broke off exposing the metal piece. I became a little annoyed at this point. So I exchanged them once again. Only to take them out of the box, put them on, walk into my kitchen to pour a cup of coffee before heading out the door and the black piece on the heal brakes yet again! I have been trying to contact customer service for several weeks. I am unable to wait during the work day so I have sent 3 emails giving the description of the show and the persistent issue I have with the model. It's been weeks and I have not heard from customer service. I am disgusted with this company. So this evening! Guess where the heels have been placed. In the Trash wear they belong! I am typically obsessed with Vera Products. Today that has changed. I'm thankful my husband hasn't replaced my stolen wedding ring with the Vera love collection ring. Had I not just washed this Vera bedding I would have returned it. I have never been so disappointed with a product.
