General observations: 1) Terrible website. So many restrictions-dont try the clothes on, dont do this. Pictures rejected many times. 2) Many cancelled transactions because Vestiaire markets internationally so after the buyer sees all the customs and import fees they cancel the purchase! This is the worst selling platform on the commercial market for USA sellers.
The experience is OK. I don't like that. You're constantly asking me to reduce my prices. No other market site does that to us. I also don't like the fact that you want to take away my seller rating because my items are not selling fast enough. I have been with other seller platforms that do not do those things to their customers.

Lastly, why do you take so much commission on things that are not brand-name? That is counterproductive of why I don't use your site that much.
I have been a seller on Posh and Ebay for years and they charge one flat commission rate and if it's under $15, they only charge three dollars commission that is why I don't use your site very often.
I don't like how a buyer has several days to complete a purchase. Either they are buying or they aren't. If they accept an offer they should be required to pay when accepting. Several sales have fallen through due to that policy.

Well organized site.
Sellers are not completely honest with the conditions of their products they post. Overall, I cannot pass good deals on pre loved condition bags. It is hard to find items in excellent conditions. I love pre-loved bags and they deserve a new home who can take care of them. I can always give them a good cleaning spa leather treatment. Authentication and quality control process gives me the peace of mind I am making the right decision for a good deal.

(Vestiaire sent me this link to give feedback on the *selling* experience) Sellers, save yourselves the trouble and just sell on Poshmark.
For my first time selling, Vestiaire made it extremely difficult and confusing. They rejected designer items without clear reasoning, despite my providing them various sources of authentication. I noticed they had approved, active listings with even less authentication than they were requiring from me. After literally 2 weeks of back and forth with customer service, who could not seem to keep up with the most basic info (e.g. What item we were talking about), they finally approved one of my items in question. For another, they continued to reject it and I ended up selling it on Poshmark.
The pants were brand new, purchased for over $200. I sold them for $29 and received $8 from the sale. Repeat: $8! The remaining $21 went to VC. I subsequently removed every single item I had for sale from the platform and will not sell anything on VC again unless your policies improve. You also treat sellers poorly.

I actually had my old address and ordered an expensive handbag. I literally felt sick wirh worry. I can't believe how helpful and efficient customer services were and fixed it for me. Honestly this is not a bottle the chat is real excellent people. My view of a good company is judge it in when something goes wrong then you get the measure of real customer service. Hand on heart VC customer service was beyond brilliant im simply not buying anywhere else for an expensive second hand purchase again.

I placed two different orders for Campomaggi bags for my Wife. Both bags arrived fairly fast from the time we first placed the order and both were exactly as described by the seller. Currently I am watching another Campomaggi Tote, however, the seller not being able to sell the bag has actually increased the cost which is totally over priced.
