This company is a scam don't use this software. You can research this on YouTube. I saw this company expose to the scam they're doing.

It is my duty, to report anyone, who violates my faith in humanity, by scamming, elderly and vulnerable individuals for their fortunes.

Trustpilot may or may not be in bed with them - but you should not do business with them, either way.
Alternatives I recommend are:
- Microsoft Security
- AVG
- F-Secure
- BullGuard

Take care of yourself, and never give anyone access to your bank information.

I paid for a year service and about 4 months in I called for the 3rd time since my computer was slowing down. The technician tells me that he needs ANOTHER $369.99 to fix the problem. He was all flirty with me saying my voice sounds pretty etc. Prob so I'd say yes to this extra charge. I argued with him saying I was promised the one time change in the beginning was all I had to pay for the year, he said not when bla bla bla. I told him to forget it I'm not paying for more I want to see my contact. I ended up hanging up on him and now 3 months later I happened to look closer at my credit card statement and he went and TOOK/STOLE ANOTHER $369.99 CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! Of course the phone number isn't working where I'd reach him directly and the *******732 number goes thru all the same procedure as the number I had, to push 9 to be connected but then it keeps hanging up on me. I'd like to know why the Internet give ls weardot practically 5 stars but then later says they are 113th on the list of legit companies. I'm FURIOUS, IN FACT I THINK THE REP PURPOSELY DID SOMETHING TO MY COMPUTER TO MAKE IT SLOWER SO I'D OKAY THE EXTRA. I WANT MY MONEY BACK YOU LYING S.O.B.S

Last year, I acquired Waredot Antivirus, but due to concerns regarding its reliability, I chose to uninstall it after just a few months, opting for a different antivirus instead. Today, when I contacted their customer service to request the deletion of my account from waredot.com, the representative raised their voice and then insisted on gaining access to my device. I asked for specific instructions on how to find the deletion option myself, given that my trust in their service had diminished. Unfortunately, the conversation ended abruptly as the representative hung up on me. This experience has solidified my impression that not only is their operation questionable(FRAUD), but their customer service is severely lacking.

The live technician from waredot site is a scam artist named william,and another man named Adam do live remote installs of product for it to only crash pc or device a week later and the company will not refund u back and they are not reachable from number provided on the site,I was charged 179$for only 1 device

Jmaes william fixed my email. I was getting some spam email from unkown account i was worry about that but as i contacted with waredot support they fixed my problem in a jiffy. Now everything is fine and ok to go.

Successfully uninstalled extensions and hopefully cleared the problem with the USB now my computer is running fine and everything is good to go.

I got hacked and called the main hotline. The attendednt Ocsar and Daniel were extremly helpful in getting my computer secured within minitues. It was an easy process and they explained everything along the way. I fell better about the security of my computer and have the info I need incaase this happens again.

This is a scammer company. Please do NOT use it. They are teaming up with Microsoft scammers. A virus is installed on your computer, then you call a microsoft number to fix the problem and they forward you to Waredot and they install a useless software product. They say it is the only solution to cleaning up the virus from your computer and it's a bogus product. Then, right after they install it, they go to trust pilot and put pressure on you while they are on the line with you to fill out the reviews. These reviews are mostly from these calls. Please do NOT get scammed. I am in the process of reporting them to my credit card company and trying to get a refund. They won't give anyone a refund. Call +1 *******636. Try it and you will see.

Beware, these RH people lie to sell you a product that dont work. They are not responsive to customer requests for help or refund. Stay clear of these MF's
