I use just last Wednesday to search details on two warrants on my girlfriend. I know for a fact she had two warrants because I'm who met the 4 members of the Blue gang at the front door. They would tell how many but not what they were for, well... FTA Both of them but wouldn't tell me the charges she failed to go to court on. Warrants were at least 60 days old, so not like the information just became available, its been out over two months. Wasted $18 or whatever it was.
This report shows accurate information on file about myself. I will check again in a year or two to verify that all information remains correct.

Your report was definitely about the person I was requesting information on. The only thing I really wanted to know was missing, and that fact was "Is he still alive, or when did he pass away?" Accurate information otherwise.

In replies to other similar complaints, the company says " We maintain an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and have them review and approve all our billing disclosures."... I was in a hurry and misread the pricing. There is no pricing on the first page. When you do a search, the succeeding two pages say at the top "Volume Discount Package of $18.95/month for 12 Months for a Total of $227.40." On the payment page, at the top in large print, it says, "Want To save Money?
Volume Discount Package of $19 Per month, for 12 months, Total $228
Up to 19 Monthly Reports." Being in a hurry, I was looking below to enter my cc info, I didn't see that. I complained by email asking them to change the charge to $1 and they responded in minutes by refunding my money!... On the payment page, to the right it says "You will be charged $18.95 per month for 12 months of access for 19 reports/month. Total price, $227.40. You will also be charged an initial deposit of $1.00 for your first report. If you only require one report, please decline volume discount on next page." It also says "Each Report Court Records Report $1.00" which is what I say... As always, read very carefully! This was my error. But the system also defaults to $18.95 monthly billing, which appears to me to want to take advantage of dumb errors like mine... Their refund policy is "Refund: If for whatever reason you're unhappy with our reports, please contact customer support for a refund."... FYI, it appears that a person is doing the searches. The initial search criteria only asked for the person's name and the web site said the report was pending review by an agent. They asked me for additional information to refine the search criteria. This followup request came by email and text message.
The information seems accurate some of it I already knew so I knew I had the right person did not take long to put together the report overall my review is satisfactory
Very very incomplete. Not happy with results at all. Plus it said $1.00 not 19.95. I was not able to print it out and most of it was inaccurate no dates included at all. I don't think it was worth $20.00 at all. I will go to local police department. I may have used it incorrectly but I really do not think so.

I used this site to research potential renters and it is perfect and fast. It told me if they were a sex offender and all the addresses they have lived at before.
I didn't expect much for a buck, but they came through with flying colors. I would use them again anytime.
This site offers a lot more criminal background information than any of the other sites I've tried, which is what I am most interested in. However, they don't seem to be able to find as many people as I would gave expected.

This is a fantastic low cost web site to help individuals, businesses and interested parties in looking up criminal records on someone of interest. I was able to obtain information on someone i suspected might have a criminal background, thus allowing me to move forward with knowing what type of individual he is.
