ZooGVPN is the worst VPN I've ever used; in fact, it's the worst app I've ever used, and its after-sales service is the worst I've ever experienced. I subscribed to a two-year plan and have been using it for a year now. My experience is that the internet speed is terrible, it frequently disconnects for no apparent reason, it often can't connect, and sometimes it connects but can't access the internet.
I've contacted customer service multiple times, but their responses are always the same—just bureaucratic jargon—and they haven't solved any of my problems. I didn't want to get involved with them, so I switched to another VPN, but recently they shamelessly emailed me asking for a positive review. I explained why I couldn't give them a good review: their product and after-sales service are absolutely terrible.
What happened next infuriated me. They initially told me they hadn't recorded any reports of connection issues with their product. So I showed them our previous email conversations, and they admitted I had indeed reported the problem, but claimed they had resolved it for me. This is their after-sales service: irresponsible, inconsistent, and morally ambiguous. And as a consumer, do you think I don't know whether you've resolved my problem or not?
I then provided screenshots as evidence that my browser couldn't connect to the internet while using ZooGvpn, and they told me my information was invalid and didn't meet their requirements.
Is this even human language? As a customer using your product, I'm experiencing frequent problems and it's unusable, and I've provided screenshot evidence, and you're telling me it doesn't meet your requirements? I was so angry I almost laughed. Their shameless behavior completely enraged me, and I decided I had to give them a genuine negative review and pursue all possible aggravating circumstances.
It worked perfectly during my China tour with restricted apps services. There were no complicated steps and I. T. knowledge as protocol selection. Just a few clicks and connected within 3-5 seconds. Love it! The live chat support also was selling point that I like. I give 5 stars to ZoogVPN.

Generally speaking is ok but I do not like being disconnected about every hour and then automatically connected
Thank you for your feedback. Please note if you are on Android simply choose OpenVPN TCP as VPN protocol in the Settings in order to have a more stable connection.
Took my money. Claims they didn't. Lets me reset my password however when try login server can't find associated email? Bear in mind email is perfectly okay when resetting? Sent multiple copies receipts of my purchase and them taking my money, now no response at all.

It's common for our customers to have two or more accounts with similar emails but with different subscription plans which causes a lot of confusion for the customer. Had really miserable experience in dealing with tech support, they respond after 1-2 days and will not give proper solution to fix the issue. Pathetic service... I recommend not to waste your time and energy in dealing with this VPN service

Well, to start I may not be the most computer savvy person in the world but I signed up a few yrs ago forgot about renewal and hit with a charge unexpectedly, oh well.
So I thought that I would be proactive and renew before hand, smart me got a better price, now the vpn is looking for a password that I don't know.
Spent some time chatting online, kept getting bumped with no resolution, then I emailed to support and it's been a week or more with no word back, shall I cancel...?!?!

Update: Understand your issue was with the macOS app which is requesting an Administrator password to authorise VPN connections, not your ZoogVPN password.
I tried out Zoog on their free version and l was impressed with what I saw and then once I had paid the subscription for two years the customer service seemed to disappear completely. I have still yet to get my problem solved where the VPN disconnects for no reason leaving my computer connection open to the internet.

I'm not tech friendly but the ad made it seem so easy. It wasn't for me and even though it said try it for 7 days for free, it was not true in my case. In less than 5 hours I requested a refund, but was denied.

To get connection with London servers and the answers you give take a longer time... and I have some evenings with no possibility of watching the
Channels I like.
Have been using for about a year all good, had a few months off as stopped working for the sites I wanted it for. Repurchase recently and dosnt work for any of them but they advertise that they do for those sites. Was happy now not

Took a while to configure how to use it, and yes, once connected, the speed of the existing internet slows down drastically, even though servers are changed. This results in me NOT being able to use my SKYPE Voice calls, Whats APP Voice Calls, the very main reason i need a VPN here. SO if you can get something working better, similar to the CTG Pro that i also use, then i assure you that you will gain more preference here in Dubai and surrounding areas for VPN use. You got to do something to make your system more simple and maintain a good speed in the net services too.

I was going to try a month free to check if it was what I want it, but in the chat the man who spoke with me made me an upgrade for 1 day in order to be able to watch ITV and BBC programmes, but when that day of premiun ended, I had no more the rest of the month free I was going to test, so very dissapointed at that
I’m confused you’re not happy that you’ve been given 1 full premium subscription for 48 hours as a test trial? A free plan is very limited and you would not have been able to test streaming services on it.
