I ordered contacts and it would of been nice knowing that they were going to have to order them for me I would of gone with a different brand that was in stock I had to go without seeing for a few days as my other contacts had to be changed had them in to long

I ordered my contacts November 7th.
I recieved them 3 days ago (December 5th) AFTER I was told my ordered was canceled. Glad I got the contacts, disappointed they took an entire MONTH to arrive. Will be sticking with 1 800 contacts.

I received my contact lens, but the lens had no prescription to them, no power. When I put the contact lens on, my vision is as if there were no lens in at all.

There appears to be a manufacturing defect with my order.

Eventually the least expensive.

The source of lenses seems to be a quality provider. The advertised price does not reflect the actual price. At checkout you get hit with a large fee that would be better reflected in the advertised price. Get lens was still the cheapest but the hidden fees added at checkout smells like bait and switch.

Multiple issues

Had delay fi prescription even thought it was already on file when I placed order. Had to call, they updated and sent. Out. Received and part of contacts are expiring in a year. Manufacture date from 2022. Contacted because concerned and told they are discontinued and it's what it is. Not happy with how expensive they were for being old. Rebate is a pain. Had to print and complete a form and cute codes from box to attach, take to post office and ask for mail confirmation to be added to that. Not sure how long they will take to receive.wont order here again

It took over a month

First, the order got canceled for no reason. Then I had to upload my script a second time, and then it took over a month for the contacts to arrive. I will not be using this website again.

Overall easy and great experience

Helpful customer service. Easy to do on the phone (I had called it in as a first time user). The only complaint, even though apparently it's uncommon, my order took a few weeks to get to me. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star experience.

Miscommunication-Rebate

As I was completing the form for theRebate there were things I HAD to mark to receive the rebate. One of those was a reorder in 6 months. I had purchased the 1 year for my lens but if I didn't click the 6 months reorder then I wouldn't receive the rebate. So I clicked it and then went in and removed my information from my account. I canged my reorder to 1 year. I took off my credit card. I received the rebate many months later, AND the REORDER! I was still charged $345.00 for the 6 months refill that I DID NOT order!

I ordered a 6mo supply of contact lenses and paid for the 2 day delivery. They were delivered in two days. The site is easy to navigate.
