Worst customer service in the worldGoogle ads is yet to unsuspend our main verified ASIC registered companies account although the reason for the suspension was lifted namely merchant centre was suspended by mistake. Ads responded today it took 6 days to answer to tell us they are still working on it and we will get back to us in 7 days this will take the total time if the actually unsuspend our account to 16 days we rely heavily on ads to drive customers to our website for revenue. We also received a spam email 3 days after the manual suspension to help us remove the suspension the thing is that only Google ads knew about the suspension we purposely never complained anywhere until recently. Their support for a 3 trillion dollar company is absolutely atrocious. We have been using google as a paid advertiser for many years and now we can't even use live chat or phone support just a bunch of useless copy and paste responses from support that seem not to know why accounts are being suspended
Back and forth with verification request of a legitimate business and giving us all these problems. Disgusting.
When the Federal Trade Commision receives enough complaints about a business, they will do something.
Google ads, horrible, non-existent customer service needs to be called out. Even if you do get a human, they will just follow a written script, not listening to you. Shocking customer service. After years of using Google Ads, and spending millions of GBP in that time, Google suddenly cancelled our conversions. There was no warning about this, yet they continued to charge for useless advertising for months. I noticed that something was wrong after a few weeks, and asked our Google representative to see why conversions had dropped off a cliff. They couldn't find anything wrong. Two months later I found that Google had just stopped all the conversions, meaning we had been paying for advertising yet receiving no customers. If I hadn't noticed this, we would still be paying for pointless advertising now.
They refused to offer any kind of compensation because "we couldn't work out why we cancelled your conversions". It doesn't matter why, it matters that you did.
Beware of Google Ads and take your business to Bing.
They make it as hard as possible to set up a decent ad. They do everything they can to try and get you to allow their computer to make your ad. AI is not always more intelligent than people. I have been working on this for 2 months and they haven't show one ad impression despite giving my ad an excellent rating and making it eligible. It used to be easy and pleasant to do google ads. Now that a robot is in charge it is the worst possible site.

When you advertise on adwords your gonna see limited budget when you see that stop your campaign immediately. Because they're scamming you. You increase your budget getting nothing. On your account your gonna see some numbers but nothing is gonna work. Every time increase increase but nothing getting other side. I don't know why but i m saying scam they know already. I have a small business' if all money i do i give google is not gonna compensate. And conversion your not getting conversion but they charge you be careful when you advertise on adwords
Google AdWords is full of scam artists who take money from different businesses for the same advertising scheme and put one centralized phone number for all of those businesses to get fake phone calls so they can spur more money for themselves when people click to call. Google AdWords is misleading they are a scam and they accept money for the same lead team and for the same phone number they post up several different businesses will have that same ad running. We found this out the hard way because when we hired Google ads to rent a campaign for us several other different businesses were calling us for things we don't even provide such as a car lot, and RV lot, and plumbing services. Google AdWords cannot be trusted they are selling the same product to several different companies and using the same phone number for their click to call scheme!

Ive been paying Google Adwords between $500-$1300 per month for almost 10 years... but finally decided its just not worth it. Where are the conversions I was promised? Why is my competetion in a #1 or #2 spot while I am on the 8th PAGE? As much as I hate Angi Leads / HomeAdvisor they outproduce Google 50 to 1. LITERALLY 50 to 1 for a fraction of the cost. I Pay Angi Leads about $30-$50 per lead and about 1 out of every 7 leads turn into a job. Granted, about 50% of the leads are bogus and Angi's sends that same lead to multiple contractors but at least I'm getting SOME results, unlike Google Adwords, where I did not get a single lead for over 4 months. FOUR MONTHS and over $3000 and NOT ONE LEAD? That is not only unbelieveable but it is ROBBERY. I feel like I've been raked over the coals by Google for FAR TOO LONG. Sure, they have reps who call and try to "help" but the interface is so complicated and has so many factors it's like trying to fly a boeing 747 without ever having seen an airplane before. Tweek this, turn that off, turn this on, increase the budget, add key words, remove keywords, change this title and remove that adgroup, turn on automatic recommendations and on and on the list goes. I quit. There has got to be a better way.
HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE with Google Ads. They no longer let you target on Youtube. Why? You chat with Google's customer service in India and they can barely speak English and have NO CLUE what they're talking about. It's like talking to a 3rd grader. Very sad. We're pulling out of Google altogether and going to TikTok or Twitter.
The following is an email I sent to Google Ads in the afternoon of on 09/16/2022. Google is laying off thousands of employees, phone agents in anticipation of an economic down turn. Apparently someone in the company has been manipulating my business ads by turning on several ads I have either deactivated or removed. Thus, I find that I am being charged for two ads that have been turned of by me. Calling the Google Ads customer service number from the help center yields a recording that states the company is protecting phone agents from Covid-19 by laying them off. I drafted and sent the following email as quoted following:
"Am I being charged for two ads or being charged twice for one advertisement? Two weeks ago I removed all ads except one the I want to focus on
I called customer service and got a recording that there are no phone agents working due to Covid-19 measures. That's a piss poor excuse to save a few dollars while denying assistance to your customers. If I don't get a phone call in 24 hours I will instruct my bank to reverse charges on my "closed ads" and I will file a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General office. I can't afford this Nickle and Dime game you are playing and I intend to write blogs and reviews regarding this very important issue. Google Ads rating is 1.4 on Sitejabber, with one business stating they've gone out of business after Google Ads raised their 2.7 times. You're lack of service for such a massively influential advertisement platform a f***g disgrace! Either do the right thing on behalf of your customers or get the hell out the business and give some else a crack at it."
So, I will be writing reviews, sending letters to the US AG, the congress, the FCC and Justice Dept. Companies are and will be gong out of business do to Google's deceptive practices. We have a small building inspection company and have managed just to keep our heads above the water. A few months ago a Google Rep contacted us to apply some changes to our Ad Campaign. For the next 3 months our Google Ads costs went up 2.7x, but we didn't find any more customers than usual. With Ads being our highest expense, it bankrupted our Company, we had no funds left to pay employees. I tried to contact a person from Google Ads to get support and discovered there is no way to contact a human. Their Australian phone number (1800 287 850) says they no longer offer phone support to keep people safe from covid. There is also no email support either.
I'm shocked that it's been a month and google isn't well staffed enough to put someone on my case and unlock my account to enable me to run ads. My account was locked due to suspicious payments, likely due to mismatched credit card and account info. I submitted an appeal a month ago and it hasn't moved at all. For a company that is so on top of their services, I can't believe this is the platform they are running.

I have had such bad support from Google Ads agents who all follow a script. I have launched a complaint with google and nobody got back to after the issue seemed to be resolved. A got an email asking for another account strategist to call me and then received and email confirming this and nobody ever phoned. It seems everything is outsourced to very un-professional companies one being Concentrix PH Inc.
No sure where to turn to as support is very bad. Coming from the IT industry if I gave this level of support I would be fired or have lost the contract. Maybe time to focus on Facebook ads and Instrgram/Linkedin...
I have never dealt with such an arrogant company in all my 62 years... How any company of googles size offer ZERO customer support is a total mystery to me... Surely they have shareholders who they are accountable to? But the company will just let millions of customers just walk away because of the total lack of customer support.
We know that google Ads is good for us, but we are taking our ad spend to Instagram and now paying influencers for similar results, but more expensive... But at least we know where our money is going and if we have a problem we can sort it out quickly and easily... for 3 weeks google never replied to any of our emails... A Real $#*!house of a company...
Answer: Google is a very dangerous company, it has far to much power and governments around the world should be protecting their citizens from it. Google ads are taking £150 every month from a disabled persons personal bank account, despite being asked to stop as there has nether been an authorization for such payments, they have been given bank statements, end to end id codes and yet they continue to take money. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL DEALING WIT H THIS DIRTY COMPANY.
