Gave it 4 stars because it took 12 - 13 (9 working days) days from order date to receive book via FedX. Website stated my 20+ dollar FedEx charge would get me my book in 1-5 business days. If you need it sooner, I suggest paying extra extra for faster service. Otherwise it's all good.

We ordered on 8-19 and paid for 1-5 day shipping. Order arrived on 9-1. Request for adjusted shipping was not answered. I also had to ask for a copy of the invoice that showed adjusted price after you received the tax exempt info. A customer service rep was very friendly, but am disappointed in delivery delay.

I got good customer service from everyone that I worked with on the phone. The website seemed easy to understand. The only issue I had is that I was offered a 10% discount for first time user and I had to call back to receive that. But it was quickly remedied. The other issue is that I expected to receive an email letting me know when the items were shipping out and I did not receive any. This would have been very helpful for me as they were being delivered to my office where many boxes are received each day and I had to do additional tracking to ensure I retrieved the items expeditiously.

I went online to order an attachment for a piece of medical equipment. The part was $15 and it showed free shipping. After the order was placed it showed that it charged me $27 for ground 1-5 day shipping. This is almost double the cost of the part. This keeping in mind is for something that weighs less than a pound.

I feel very blindsided! If it showed the shipping cost when it would arrive by, I could have made the decision on whether I wanted to go with a different company or not.

I was looking for a good product at the best price. AED Superstore provided just that with a pre-owned and refurbished AED. The order was well packed and arrived like a new product. A New battery, new electrode pads and manuals were all included. I will continue to trust AED Superstore for all of my safety needs.

I am the Health and Safety Manager for a large agency that provides services and programs to children and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our many program sites and groups homes have AED's that I assist in managing supplies and maintenance for. As our AED's were not all purchased at the same time, so they are different models, years, etc. but all purchased at AEDSuperstore. AEDSuperstore is the first place I go to when it's time to replace pads, batteries, etc. because I know they have it, and if they don't have it readily available, they will do all that they can to get it for me.

School Nurse <--- Our school came back from fall break to find the batteries in our AEDs had reached their expiration. EVERY SINGLE ONE. We got a loaner from our local EMS who said that it usually took a few weeks for batteries to arrive when they ordered from their supplier. I called AED Superstore who assured me they had some in stock and got them to me in 2 days. Our local EMS said they were going to speak to their manager and order from AED Superstore in the future. AMAZING Service!

You don't pick up the phone or respond to any messages and your lack of communication to your customers is mind-blowingly idiotic. You want a review, well, you got my honest opinion. AEDSuperstore can do MUCH MUCH better at responding to complaints and criticism.

Ordering the items was easy on the website, and keeping me informed was more than satisfactory. I received all of the items. I would definitely order from this company again.
